Elegant apartment in venetian style with canal view, recently restored, at 10 min. from St. Mark Square. Although the area is one of the most visited in town, the flat is hidden in a sunny street by the canal, a few steps from the main street. Also close to vaporetto stop.
Four people can accomodate in two elegant bedrooms, and enjoy dinner in the luxury dining room; Allows a fully supplied kitchen to prepare delicious meals and, maybe, experiment our traditional food.

Lovely apartment in a great spot
The apartment was really comfortable and well-equipped, and brilliantly situated between the Accademia and Zattere boat stops. Federico was very helpful at all points during the planning process and imparted lots of local knowledge.
A great apartment. Close to all the sites but quiet.
Great apartment. Federico made the booking easy. He answered all our questions promptly. Christina met us from the boat and escorted us to the apartment. She explained everything about apartment; security, bins, etc and then gave us loads of ideas about what to see during our visit, foods to try and places to eat. We found this very useful. The apartment is in a great location, well equipped and easily accommodates 4.
Very convenient.
The apartment was clean and was a good size with two bedrooms, nice kitchen and bath, sitting room with dining table. The great thing about the apartment was the location - very close to restaurants and the water bus to the airport. It was also very close to the academia bridge and an easy walk to St Mark's square. The neighborhood seemed very safe. It was easy to get everywhere.

The property must be returned in the same conditions as it was given. All damages and breakages must be refunded.
Pets are welcome but owners must take care of them and avoid to disturb neighborhood.
