Flat 2 of the Old Fruit Warehouse is a deceptively large ground floor Flat which has recently been beautifully refurbished and tastefully decorated into a holiday home. It is located in the centre of York, less than 5 minutes walk to Monkgate Bar Walls and less than 10 minutes to York Minster. It has the benefit of its own allocated parking space to the rear of the property. It is ideally located in the city centre with all of York's many attractions, bars, cafes and restaurants on the door step. The racecourse and designer shopping outlet are within a 10 minute drive. Both the North York Moors and the Yorkshire Dales are within easy reach. The property offers a large bedroom with king-size bed, wardrobe and large drawers. It also benefits from a large double sofa bed in the living room. There is also a cot available. There is a Bathroom with bath with shower over bath, sink and WC. Hand soap and towels provided. There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen including electric oven with gas hob, larder fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and washing machine. When its time to relax you can enjoy the comfortable living room with large sofa, LCD HD 32” Flatscreen TV with freeview, DVD player and small DVD library, a selection of games, Ipod Dock and free WiFi Internet access. There is a dining table with 5 chairs and a High Chair.

Great location

Lovely apartment close to York city walls. Walking distance to everything. Clean flat with comfy bed amd everything you could need. Tea and coffee provided and all linen. Easy to find and great communication with the owner. I would highly recommend.

Excellent property, you will not be disappointed if you stay here. Angela even got us a bottle of wine for our arrival! Instructions for the amenities were clear and available and the location was superb. We will recommend this property to our friends and family, and can't wait to come back again!

Quick response to our booking request. Information on directions with contact tel.no. from Angela. Apartment was clean and tidy with everything reqd.for our short break. On site parking gave us the chose of just visiting sites in York or going further afield. It really is only a ten min.walk from the apartment into the city for shops,bars,restaurants etc. and this is with my wife who recently had a full knee replacement. Will certainly recommend to all family and friends.

Wonderfull place and location and a very helpful and patient Angela guided us there. Very clean and have everything you need.

Though, a bit of a shame that the noisy boiler is placed in the bedroom.
