2 Bedroom property sleeping 4. Sea Views.Ideally located to enjoy Cornwall.

Harbour View is a newly refurbished 2 bedroom holiday house with parking for two vehicles, private patio garden and sea views. 4 persons can be accommodated and a cot/highchair is available on request.

Conveniently situated on the edge of the village, only five minutes walk to the harbour. No need to drive through the narrow streets to reach us, which means you're ideally located to explore the local area. We have fabulous sea and harbour views as we are on the top of the hill.

Our changeover day is Friday to beat the horrible Saturday rush!

Harbour View has a brand new fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. The open plan kitchen/ diner/ lounge is spacious and light and has views to the sea.

Upstairs the master bedroom has a new ensuite with stunning views down to the sea.

The brand new family bathroom and a twin bedroom complete the upstairs.

A private westerly facing patio garden to the rear has a BBQ and garden furniture so you can enjoy the sunny evenings relaxing after a busy day.

Free Wi-Fi throughout.

Harbour View has private parking, a definite luxury in Mevagissey, two vehicles can be accommodated.

About Tracy Hill

We have lived in the South West for over 20 years and moved to Mevagissey this year to take advantage of the coastal beach life and give our daughter a fantastic environment to grow up in.

My parents lived near Charlestown for 35 years and I have previously lived in St Ives for 16 years and love the Cornish lifestyle!

Immaculate and well laid out with lovely attention to detail.

What a fantastic stay at Harbour View. The view really is spectacular and the property is immaculate. The owners are helpful and easy to communicate with and were next door if we needed them but there was also enough privacy.

The walk down into town is very steep and as we had a family member who struggles to walk we just sent someone ahead up the hill to fetch a car down when heading home.

We found everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen, good laundry facilities and extras to accommodate the baby such as a cot and high chair. What made the stay extra special is the generous touches such as arriving to fresh scones, clotted cream, jam, shortbread and a bottle of white in the fridge as well as ample basics such as dishwasher tablets and loo roll.

If you don't already know Mevagissey, it's a delightful harbour town and we recommend The Ship Inn, which was very friendly, including for babies. And we still caught mackerel in September from the harbour wall.

There's no parking in the town which makes the two spaces at Harbour View a massive asset.

We would love to come back in the future... we only wish it had another bedroom so we could still travel with friends and children when our little one grows up as this is somewhere we would happily return year on year.
