Harbour View is a newly refurbished 2 bedroom holiday house with parking for two vehicles, private patio garden and sea views. 4 persons can be accommodated and a cot/highchair is available on request.

Conveniently situated on the edge of the village, only five minutes walk to the harbour. No need to drive through the narrow streets to reach us, which means you're ideally located to explore the local area. We have fabulous sea and harbour views as we are on the top of the hill.

Our changeover day is Friday to beat the horrible Saturday rush!

Harbour View has a brand new fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. The open plan kitchen/ diner/ lounge is spacious and light and has views to the sea.

Upstairs the master bedroom has a new ensuite with stunning views down to the sea.

The brand new family bathroom and a twin bedroom complete the upstairs.

A private westerly facing patio garden to the rear has a BBQ and garden furniture so you can enjoy the sunny evenings relaxing after a busy day.

Free Wi-Fi throughout.

Harbour View has private parking, a definite luxury in Mevagissey, two vehicles can be accommodated.

About Tracy Hill

We have lived in the South West for over 20 years and moved to Mevagissey this year to take advantage of the coastal beach life and give our daughter a fantastic environment to grow up in.

My parents lived near Charlestown for 35 years and I have previously lived in St Ives for 16 years and love the Cornish lifestyle!

Perfect Stay !

This has to be the best holiday home we have stayed in the Uk. Owner contact to start with was spot on, friendly and helpful. The holiday house itself is stunning, gorgeous views, clean, comfortable, no expense spared in the furnishings, appliances etc. All the extra's included were gratefully received. Would highly recommend this house and we will definately return should we come back to this area. Thank you !

Lovely property perfect location

When we arrived at the property it was exactly as the pictures and very clean and tidy. The owner popped over to check we had everything we needed and then left us to our holiday (which was exactly as we would have hoped for). The property is on the edge of Mevigissey up a very steep hill as per the details but this was fine we had no problems walking up and down in the the town. The property is perfectly located for coastal walking and we took a trip to the Eden project which was less than 30 minutes by car.

We would recommend this property and would visit again.

Five Star Accommodation

Harbour View is a beautiful holiday home and a great deal of thought has been given to providing everything to make the stay in Mevagissey perfect. Many thanks, to Bob and Tracey,for the delicious cream tea,wine and many other little treats to get the holiday off to a good start. We certainly hope to return and would not hesitate to recommend this lovely property.

Amazing property and location

Would recommend staying here.

Was made very welcome and the property was very clean and modern.

The location is excellent and the views from the master bedroom are an added bonus.

Would definitely re-book this property again.

A fantastic place to stay. A beautiful location and a real home from home.

The house was well presented and the owners ensured that we had a comfortable stay. A bunch of flowers welcomed us, along with cream tea and a bottle of wine. Contact prior to the stay was professional and ensured that we had everything that we needed for travelling with a toddler! There was plenty of information about the local area which was greatly appreciated. Everything was available to make sure that the stay was comfortable and I would highly recommend this proper to others.
