There are many hotels in Santa Ponsa, five stars, four stars, etc, but not all of them have direct access to the beach. We think that being able to go from the appartment to the beach and back in swimsuit, no lift, no stairs, etc, is a privilege.

Just you and the towel. No bags, no botles, no creams... nothing to carrry. just enjoy the holidays!

Great value for money , owner did everything to accommodate us and answered all questions straight away, apartment spotless and all your little things that you need to buy like soap power /softener , washing up liquid and more all there . Been in most of apartments in Santa ponsa and The Rose is by far the best and cheaper ! Deposit was paid to pal pal when we got home . We will definitely book for next year ! Thanks Dumitru & Alina.😎

Good location, lovely owners, good facilities

We self cater, although lots of eateries close by. Could have had dishes for oven but bought some foil containers. Good alround facilities and very quiet. Beach opposite apartment, shops, nightlife and a very good supermarket , and many mini markets close by.

Very nice location extremely close to the beach

Very nice appartment 50m (with no stairs) from the beach. Very well and completely equipped, WIFI fast and strong. English TV channels, did not find any German TV channels (was not important to me anyway). Nice little terrace facing the garden. Very quiet at night, no traffic noise. No A/C, but not important at this time of the year. I expect that it should be ok most of the time in summer since the appartment is ground floor and might be relatively cool. Bed very comfortable with proper mattress. All in all very good value for money. Owner was extremely responsiveness to all questions during our stay, e.g. extra set of keys was delivered within one hour on a Saturday evening !! Thanks again for that. Points to be aware of: Sun is shining on the terrace from around 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. in autumn, other buildings are shading the terrace before and after that time. Ground floor means a bit more humidity inside at this time of the year. You may ask the owner for a heater for the evenings (we got one from someone else). Mosquitos are present in Santa Ponsa in autumn due to previous rain-falls, a plug-in stick is available at the chinese store close-by and is of help to keep them out of the appartment. All in all full recommendation if no direct sea-view from a balcony is important. We had that before, those appartments have, of course, a higher price. We spent the difference at the Empathea bar in the same building with a beautifull sea-view.

Great apartment, great location

Lovely clean spacious apartment, all towels, linen (& loo roll!) provided. Didn't cook but plenty of equipment should you want to. Located a stones throw from the beach, handy to pop back for drinks etc. Also within reach of plenty of bars, restaurants & supermarket but lovely & quiet. Thoroughly recommend the Empatheyia restaurant attached too, lovely food & 10% off. Owners kindly allowed us to stay the whole of the day of leaving as had an evening flight - a godsend! Would definitely go back if we were to go to Santa Ponsa again & definitely recommend to all.

Große Wohnung in top Lage

Wir waren diese Woche zu 2. in dieser Ferienwohnung. Gebucht hatten wir sie aufgrund der mehr als perfekten Lage und wurden nicht enttäuscht.

Wir hatten mit der Vermieterin einen Treffpunkt ausgemacht und obwohl wir zu spät kamen (aufgrund des stundenlangen Transfers) wartete sie dort auf uns und führte uns zu der Wohnung.

Der Eingang ist direkt hinter dem Restaurant Empatheia (welches übrigens eine wahnsinnig gute Küche zu fairen Preisen anbietet) und die Türe ist durch 2 Schlösser verriegelt, welches ein gutes Gefühl vermittelt.

Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern abgebildet: Ein Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Schrank, einer Kommode und einem großen Bett, ein kleines Bad mit einer Duschbadewanne und einem schicken Waschbecken und ein großes Wohn-/Esszimmer mit einer Küchenzeile.

Im Wohnzimmer steht noch ein Sofa und ein großes Fernseher, welcher jedoch keine deutschen Sender empfängt. Das Wlan funktionierte sehr gut, weshalb wir einfach über das Internet Filme schauten :)

Zur Küchenzeile gibt es ausreichend Töpfe, Pfannen, Schüsseln, Besteck, eine Kaffeeemaschiene, einen Toaster und einen Wasserkocher. In einem kleinen Eck steht auch noch eine Waschmaschine.

Hinter dem Wohnzimmer geht es raus zur Terasse, welche sehr schnuckelig ist. Ein Tisch und Stühle standen bereits bereit und sie zeigte es uns noch, wo es 2 Liegestühle und auch einen Sonnenschirm gibt.

Auf der Terasse hatte man jetzt im Mai zwischen ca. 12.30 und 16.30 die schöne Mittagssonne zum entspannen und sonnen. Dadurch, dass die Terasse eine kleine Mauer und ein Gebüsch umgibt, kann man ungestört relaxen.

Das beste an der Wohnung war natürlich die super Lage. Man hat zwar keinen Meerblick, da man im Erdgeschoss wohnt, ist jedoch in nicht mal 1 Minute am Strand.

Alles in Allem waren wir sowohl mit dem Service der Vermieterin als auch mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Abends, wenn es etwas kühler wurde, mussten wir zwar die mobile Heizung einschalten (da es keine fest installierte gibt), diese hat jedoch auch sehr schnell sehr warm gemacht.

In der Küche funktionierte auch alles sehr gut, nur der Wasserhahn spritzt ein bisschen und macht, wenn man nicht aufpasst, kochend heißes Wasser :)

Das Bett war bequem und groß, jedoch konnten wir darin nicht so perfekt schlafen. Vielleicht lag das aber auch an uns, da das Bett wie gesagt sonst sehr angenehm zum liegen war.

Wir würden auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder kommen :)
