Apartment full of character & great host!

Marc is a great host, had immediate communication, is very welcoming & laid back. Apartment was full of character & incredibly homely. Great outside area & secure car space behind the main gate! 5 min walk to the beach/promenade. Promenade will take you to Nice one way & Antibes & beyond the other way...great location for me being able to venture up in the hills above & beyond the coastal towns on my bike. Thanks Marc!

Would not repeat stay

Dirty floors, dirty towels, mosquitoes, noisy busy road close by. There were only 2 fans in the whole apartment. Patio not as shown on the pictures. Full ashtray, no cover, dingy. Owner called on check out morning telling me check out was at 10am, instead of 11am as the listing showed, then proceeded to inform me we didn’t get the cleaning package (which was not offered) and that we had to clean the apartment. Likely doing the same to other guests which explains poor cleanliness.

Perfect “Home” for the Côte d’Azur

If you want to explore the region from Monaco to Le Lavandou, and from the coastline to the Village of Èze, including Nice, this place is for you! With its own parking space and a gated entrance, close to restaurants, the highway, and the Promenade along the beach - with a grocery store just steps away, we couldn’t have picked a better spot. And if you want a wonderful, casual meal, walk over to Le Petit Pacha. Sebastian and his daughter will delight you with food and fun! Thank you, Marc! We had a marvelous time.
