Ideally situated and within easy distance to the centre

This lovely modern 1 bedroomed apartment is situated in a quiet area a short walk from the rail and bus stations and a few minutes from the centre of Perpignan.

It is fully equipped, clean and comfortable and comes with gas central heating so a good choice for early or late season lets and is available for long winter lets too.

The good sized bedroom has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe with double hanging space and shelves, bedside tables and lamps and radiator.

The fitted shower room has a large shower, wash basin with mirror above, extractor fan and washing machine. In the hallway there is a large storage cupboard which is large enough for all your cases and as extra clothes storage if needed.

The bright living room has seating for 4 people, a 3 seater bed settee and a chair. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs.

There is television which has French channels and also the BBC entertainment channel a radio/cd player and wireless internet connection. The large patio doors lead out on to the small south facing terrace which has no one looking directly in.

There is also a small table and 2 chairs on the terrace.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a small building and is well maintained with regular cleaning of public areas.

The building consists of only 8 apartments and is well maintained.

It is very comfortable, well equipped and has heating throughout.

exceptional accomidation at an affordable price

Coming from the USA I found this apartment to be wonderful! Exceptional value in a great easy to get around location that is within walking distance to shops, restaurants! Spotlessly clean, well maintained and well equipped with everything I needed, including washing machine. WIFI included. Kitchen area was well stocked for meal prep. Quiet terrace balcony for eating out. Excellent customer service. Secure building in a very friendly neighborhood. Easy access to rail service. I would highly recommend this apartment for both holiday and business ! I will be staying here again in the near future when I am in town for business.

Great Apartment 1o minuets walk to town centre

The apartment is only minutes walk from the station and easy to find, we were greeted by Peter at the time agreed and he showed us around making sure we were happy with everything. This is an ideal base to spend a week or two discovering the area especially the use of the 1 euro buses!

The place in the sun to return to !

Our stay in Perpignan was made absolutely perfect largely because the apartment in which we stayed was all we could hope for. On arrival the bright ,fresh and beautifully clean interior was evident .All the amenities we could possibly want for our stay were on hand-lovely kitchen,light bright and superbly clean bathroom and comfortable bedroom and living space.

Each day having spent a busy day in the town and surrounding areas it was so good to go back relax and get ready for an evening at one of the superb restaurants so close to the centre.

Warm,inviting,comfortable and definitely a place to come back to and we would certainly recommend our find to all our family and friends.

Très bon accueil, appartement confortable et très agréable.

Nous avons séjourné deux semaines dans cette location au mois d août 2016 avec nos enfants. Et cela s est très bien passé, logement génial (propre agréable...) le soleil était au rendez vous et les plages (de Canet, Argeles ou Collioure) à 30 voir 40 minutes en bus.

A notre arrivé le propriétaire nous a réservé un accueil agréable et sympathique, l appartement était propre et confortable, et il n y manquait absolument rien ( la machine à laver, le fer à repasser, le sèche cheveux et les ventilateurs, les matelas gonflables pour la plage rien ne manquait, merci encore).

Experience à renouveler , nous recommandons ++++
