3 bedrooms flat reformed and furnished recently. Fantastic situation: 10 minutes walking to the city center and 20 minutes to the beach by bus. Well communicated with the rest of the city, you have a bus stop and a taxi stand in front of the flat. It's in a very comfortable area: in the same street you have supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, greengrocers...
The flat has a double-bed bedroom and two single bedrooms. With possibility for suppletory beds. All bedrooms have cupboards and hangers, and one of the cupboards is a walk-in closet where you also have a safe box for your high-value belongings.
The flat has a full-equipped kitchen with fridge, freeze, washer, hob, oven, toaster. In addition to a fully kitchenware: pots, pans , plates, bowls , cutlery, glasses, cups and other utensils.
It has one bathroom with sink , toilet and bath. In the bathroom you have have towels for all guests and a hair dryer .
The living room has a sofa (not bed sofa), 40" LED TV and a dining table with capacity until 8 diners.

Comfy little apartment

Jonathan was very kind & helpful whenever we needed him! Well appointed apartment and just 15 min pleasant walk to old town, and buses to centre outside building.1 good restaurant nearby - more would have been good but bar opposite good for drinks & food during day. Supermarket just round corner was ideal. One bathroom for 4 people was a bit tight but we managed ok. All in all a good holiday for us all..

Lovely apartment

As a family of four we stayed in Jonatan’s apartment for a week before Easter. The apartment was very clean and well presented. The shower worked well. Jonatan was very attentive to a getting a defective door fixed. I won’t reiterate all the positive feedback of others. It’s all true in our experience too. I loved Malaga and the apartment. I would return.

Malaga with small child

We stayed for 1 week in Malaga so that our daughter could attend a Spanish language school. During the days we looked after our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. We found lots of activities to entertain her without it costing a fortune. From the safest beaches to play parks and other things to entertain an active, energetic and fairly bright young girl. We started by visiting the central tourist information office. Very helpful and lots of brochures to pick up and peruse over coffee. There are lots of free things for adults and children alike. The open top bus tour is a good place to start & it is free to under 4 year olds. It also helps to orientate you with other activities. Especially if you want to spend as little time as possible moving from one activity to the next.

A little gem in the heart of Malaga

A charming well equipped apartment in the city. Great location,about ten minutes to the centre of Malaga and lovely cafes and restaurants locally. Jonathon was a great host and very helpful We stayed here for almost two months at the beginning of the year and had such a fantastic time, there is so much to do in the area. can’t wait to go back!

convenient and good value

Jonatan helped arrange a taxi from the airport adn met us at the flat. He was very helpful and pleasant. The flat is very clean and well decorated. Its not huge but big enough and has a small balcony from one of the bedrooms. Its a 10 minute walk to the main tourist area and the area around the flat offers good value bars. Try treinte and tres bar for great family atmosphere and tapas. Its about 100 metres from the flat going north. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Its good value and we would recommend this place
