Très bon séjour

Cette maison est toujours aussi agréable (5iéme séjour) avec une belle disposition des pièces et son jardin permettant de manger dehors, comme cette semaine avec un temps exceptionnel. L'emplacement, face à l'hippodrome, permet de se passer de voiture et de tout faire à pied

Excellent Séjour

Famille avec 3 enfants. Idéalement placé pour tout les trajets à pieds prés de la plage, du centre ville, du cinéma et de l'hippodrome. Maison trés agréable à l'intérieur comme à l'exterieur. Thomas

Maison agréable et idéalement située

C'est notre 3iéme séjour dans cette agréable maison, pour dire si l'on s'y plait. La maison a été réaménagée avec 2 belles chambres et salle de bain au rdc, et chambre à l'étage, plus étroite, avec lits superposés. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Très bien située face à l'hyppodrome, on peux tout faire à pied et laisser la voiture dans la rue ou le stationnement est encore gratuit. Quelques suggestions d'équipements : prévoir des poignées dans les douches du bas pour les personnes agées, changer le parasol qui commence a etre défraichi et mettre des coussins sur les bains de soleil pour plus de confort

Maison avec jardin double en profondeur

Bonne distribution de trois chambres avec chacune douche et WC ; un bémol, la chambre à l'étage qui comporte deux lits superposés.

Why they chose this property

Deauville is a magical town! We bought this holiday home after falling in love with it in 2014. I often visit Deauville for the racehorses and my children love horse riding.

What makes this property unique

This is a great location. From here, all that Deauville has to offer in within walking distance (beach, casino, boutiques, shopping). You can park free on the boulevard. The market on Place Morny is a particular highlight with fresh fish, local greens, and cheese. Everything is top quality!
