Family Holiday Home to Sleep 7, in the Very Popular Seaside Town of Brixham

Le Voir is at a spectacular location in the centre of Brixham, with fabulous views over the harbour and out to sea, a modern, detached, ‘upside down’ house tucked in the medley of houses overlooking the water. It is set 20 yards (7 shallow steps) from the lane (unloading outside; garage parking, 230 yards) and is within its enclosed, part-walled, paved garden with super views from a decked area.

Inside, very light with neutral colours and great picture windows from which to enjoy watching the to-ing and fro-ing of boats, whatever the weather. Approached via 6 steps, front door into open-plan living/dining room with electric fire, TV/DVD and large sliding doors to width-of-house balcony and those views. Neat fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, gas hob/electric oven). Smart bathroom (suite with separate shower). Double bedroom. Stairs down to two further bedrooms – a double (5' bed), and a single plus bunk bed; sunny bathroom (suite plus hand-shower). Access from the double bedroom to very low-ceilinged utility area (washing machine, tumble drier, chest freezer) with useful storage for wetsuits and other seafaring paraphernalia. A great family house and a fine base in which to relax and enjoy the busy nautical goings-on in Brixham.

Had one of the best Italians ever in Bacco's in town, fish + chips to die for in Simply Fish and fun night in Ernie Listers listening to a great duo and encouraged to join in with the bongos! Farmers market Sunday morning for fresh fish, pasties and scones to take home. Look forward to returning soon!"

Brixham Harbour Gardens are lovely to relax in and the unspoilt harbour side idyll in which guests can enjoy a relaxed Mid or North Devon excursion is within easy reach by car or bus from the delights of Paignton and the attractions and vibrant seaside activities of Torquay.

Brixham is primarily a fishing port within Torbay and has a long and rich history. In the lee of Berry Head, famous for its Napoleonic connections, its lighthouse and magnificent limestone cliffs, Brixham remains a popular resort with a rich maritime history and plenty of activities for the young and old alike.

Use of Garage
Guests staying in Le Voir will benefit from use of private garage parking for one car. The Garage can be found off Ropewalk Hill (180m away or a 3 mins walk) and is only 7' wide, 6'5" high and 15' in length with the garage door open. As a result, the garage may not be suitable for some larger cars. However, there is street parking in the surrounding area where guests can leave cars on their stay.
