Beautiful holiday home located in the residential area of Cretaix, 2.5 km from the Town of Sa Pobla where you can enjoy their famous tapas on their bars and restaurants.
Entering through the front door leads directly to the living room, from here you can access by stairs to the first floor of the house where there is a large room with sofas that can be used as a game room or sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped and is integrated with the dining room. The bedrooms are located opposite sides of the house, one with double bed and en suite bathroom and the other with twin beds. There is also a second full bathroom.rnThe size of pool is 8 x 4 meters is surrounded by a beautiful and large garden where you can enjoy the wonderful sunny days.rnThere is also a covered porch area and barbecue with a dining table for up to 6 people.rnAbout 12 km are the beautiful beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia, 15 minute drive

Lovely stay in Crestatx

You get a lot for your money here! The house is on a huge plot. It's private and convenient to travel to Pollenca and its surrounding areas. The area of Crestatx has a good feel to it - full of big houses most of which seem to be to rent via HomeAway/airbnb! You'll need to hire a car preferably. It's very 'Spanish' so embrace the slightly 'cluttered' feel of the villa. Pool is amazing and such a fantastic size and depth (steps down graduating depth to about 2.5M) The outdoor area is brilliant for cooking and eating and generally chilling! The air-con in the two bedrooms is wonderful! There is actually another bedroom with a bed in, but that has no air-con hence it isn't mentioned in the description. Joseph the host and his wife are lovely people and are available to help with any needs. We'd highly recommend this home for a family.

Charming little villa

We rented this little villa during June for our 1st trip to Mallorca. It is in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Sa Pablo, near to Pollenca. Very clean & tidy. The appliances & furniture are a little ‘tired’ but it makes the place feel more homely. A large gated long driveway leads through the garden, past the pool & to the house. The shaded car-port was very welcome, as we intended to explore the island. The pool was a little dissapointing. I had seen on the photos that there was no handrail, but the steps which looked shallow were in fact very deep. Not good for old ladies, or for young children I would think. We used the main bedroom & the twin, both had nice firm beds and good pillows. We did strip the duvets from the covers, as it was so hot. Sheets would have been nice. There is air- conditioning in both these rooms plus a fan in the master bedroom. At first we couldn’t find spare towels to use by the pool, but found them in a cupboard in the outside kitchen. Although we didn’t cook, this area was a great place to eat & the sofa here were a welcome respite from the afternoon sun. We enjoyed exploring the north & east coast during our stay. We’d recommend the long twisty drive to the Far ( lighthouse) At the Formentor peninsula. Great scenery and a shady cafe . We particularly liked the old streets of Pollenca and the restaurants there. In short we would recommend Majorca and this villa & will definitely return.

Rustic Spanish Tranquility

The Villa is exactly as it appears. Typically rustic Spanish in so many ways, with the right blend of modern comforts. It is very well equipped and set in an extremely peaceful location. Lots of room to wander in the garden or go for a swim. The pool is not large but adequate and in the very hot sunshine, bliss to jump in to. The plot is totally private, though there are neighbours, with a large wrought iron gate to complete your privacy / security. Communication with Josep, is very good, he is very helpful and keeps his promises. On the downside, you do need a car. There is not a bar or Supermarket or shop within a good walking distance. Nearest s/mkt is: Sa Pobla, but not much else. However just 15mins away you have the lovely areas of Port Alcudia, the old gated town of Alcudia and Peurto Pollenca. Superb ambience with good dining in wonderful locations. Our holiday provided exactly what we were looking for and we would not hesitate to go again.

Lovely house with beautiful pool

Very private villa near to beautiful towns of Pollensa and Alcudia. Coast a bit too commercialised for our taste and unfortuntately we had bad weather which was a surprise.

Sehr schöne Finca, toller Pool, alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Sehr gepflegte Finca, sehr guter Pool, Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Leider ist derzeit eine Baustelle beziehungsweise ein Rohbau gegenüber, so dass man täglich mit Hämmern, Bohren und Baggern gestört wird, was die Entspannung und Ruhe natürlich leiden lässt.
