Nestled in Javea’s tranquil protected parkland, Casa de Pinos is a spacious, traditional Spanish villa situated minutes away from a variety of family-friendly blue-flagged beaches, restaurants, shops and bars.

With accommodation suiting 6 guests comfortably, Casa de Pinos is perfect for that peaceful family getaway, as you relax around the 8x4m private pool in private, landscaped surroundings. An outdoor BBQ and large terrace with patio furniture offers an ‘al fresco’ dining experience, overlooking panoramic mountain views of the Montgo mountain (including sunset!) as well as the pool, allowing you to keep a lookout on the children in the cool shade.

The house is fully secured with a gated driveway space for 4 cars, as well as a fully equipped kitchen/utility with oven *newly installed April 2017*, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fruit juicer and coffee machine.

Upstairs half of the house comprises of 3 bedrooms (master with bath en-suite, one double and one twin room) and an additional bathroom. On the ground floor, a separate apartment with double bedroom, lounge, bathroom and kitchen with own patio area overlooking the pool.

And when the heat and excitement calls for a siesta, take advantage of the cool lounge area with a large satellite TV offering UK programmes and DVD player. Free WIFI is also available throughout the house.

What makes this villa unique

The World Health Organization has recognised Javea for having one of the best climates in the world. Not only is the climate usually sunny and mild, but the low humidity ensures even the hottest days are pleasant for the beaches and sightseeing.

Perfect holiday location with blue-flagged beaches and crystal clear waters.

Javea's old town is full of history with a network of charming narrow streets which has a daily indoor market and various medieval buildings and churches.

The port area is a working fishing port which also has various restaurants and bars over looking the local beach. Perfect for those long summer evenings.

Perfect holiday home for me and the family!

The whole booking process was so easy and the hostess Jenny did everything to make sure that we had everything we needed throughout our holiday. The house itself was in the best location, just minutes from the beach but so quiet too!! Having a car is essential but would definitely recommend - thank you!

impression mitigée,situation parfaite;vue magnifique mais maison équipée à trés bas coût!

maison très bien située,joli quartier trés calme; rien a redire sur les extérieurs ,belle terrasse, trés jolie vue, belle piscine,en revanche l'intérieur n'est pas à la hauteur du prix ! cuisine très mal équipée,appareils electro ménagers de mauvaise qualité(petit frigo qui réfrigère tres mal,)literie pas terrible,mauvaise ds le studio,ventilos défaillants..... et surtout, la maison était sale à notre arrivée,micro-ondes,intérieur des poubelles,grosse poussiere sur le meuble télé..... sinon les propriétaires sont charmants au tel et réactifs,
