This beautifully presented, three bedroom, town house is perfect for families wanting to be right next to the beach. It has three floors with the ground floor having the large lounge/dining area, kitchen and access directly out on to the south facing terrace and then to the community gardens and the sea. All bedrooms and the living room have a fully functioning and new air-conditing system.The house is decorated in a very modern style with only quality fixtures and fittings.Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the third has use of the family bathroom.There is a (fenced) community swimming pool for your use only 50 meters away, where kids can make new friends.BBQ not allowed to use in July and August (community rules)This is a very high quality property in an enviable location which we highly recommend to our clients, especially as the owner provides 6 beach towels for you! This property now includes high speed internet so you can share your adventures with all your friends. Stunning modern property in a great location. You can walk over the beach to the famous Playa del Cristo and Estepona port.

Lovely property which fails to meet expectations.
This property could be amazing. However, there are too many problems for it to be classed as anything other than 2nd rate. It has 3 bathrooms , but of those three there was only one functioning shower. The downstairs toilet wouldn't flush, and in the kitchen the cooker hood was broken, so the kitchen filled with steam. The blind on the downstairs patio doors was broken , and although reported was not fixed during our stay, leaving us in permanent gloom.
