Luxury Private Villa With Large Pool and Full Air Con and Wifi - Home from Home.

Villa Bonita is a luxury fully air-conditioned south facing detached villa with a full size pristine pool and outside shower. All furnishing/fitments are top-end inside and out. Comprising of 3 bedrooms 1 super king bed (twin beds put together), 1 double and 1 twin beds) 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen and large lounge. For cosy winter evenings there is even a wood burning stove.

The villa is always well maintained and is spotlessly clean (our cleaners are the best!). Free wifi is provided along with English Sky TV channels.

The large sun terrace is a great spot to dine alfresco or why not relax in one of the beautiful rattan chairs complete with foot stools! For a break from the sun you can pull over the awning or for winter breaks wind it back and enjoy the rays – it’s a real sun trap!

Just a 5 minute walk with no steep hills to a good selection of restaurants and bars and 10 minutes by car to the beach. The Water Park, prestigious golf courses and famous street markets are also close by. Or if you fancy some retail therapy the award winning La Zenia Boulevard is 15 minutes by car - quite an experience! All within easy reach from both Alicante and Murcia airport.

Hello, we’re Julian & Priscilla; the owners of Villa Bonita and the people you’ll be booking your holiday with.We live in the Cotswolds with our two dogs Archie & Phoebe and run a kitchen design studio.

We visit Ciudad Quesada on a regular basis and one day hope to spend 6 months of the year there – if the UK government ever stops raising the retirement age!

We think Quesada is the perfect holiday destination with such a short flying time from most of Europe. It has everything on the doorstep; a short walk to a great selection of restaurants and the beaches are only a short drive away.

We try to enjoy as many holidays as possible (bookings allowing!) and we hope that’s reflected in the comfort and amenities we provide in the villa. This is our home from home and we hope you’ll enjoy your stay as much as we do.

Clean, quiet and well maintained. Lovely pool.

Although the villa is on one of the main roads it is actually very quiet as there isn't much traffic around at all. The pool and alfresco dining area are to the rear of the villa, very secluded and ideal for relaxing at any time of the day. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. A big bonus was the supply of beach towels which we could take out with us, saving us a lot of space and weight in luggage. There are a few restaurants less than 5 minutes walk from the villa although the main area takes about 20 minutes to walk to, which wasn't a problem for us, and obviously only takes about 5 minutes by car. Both the owners and the property managers were very friendly and helpful in meeting our requirements. Would definitely recommend the villa. Would also recommend PJs Rentacar for anyone wanting to avoid the queues at the airport and some of the horror stories you read about the shady and dishonest practices of some of the mainline hire companies.

Excellent value for money

My wife, myself and our 15 year old daughter stayed at the villa Bonita for a week and enjoyed our stay. We had looked at many villas in the genral area and selected this one primarily on price v what you got for your money, and the fact that mt daughter wanted wifi.

It is a lovely quiet location and only a 20 minute walk to the town centre.

Living area, terrace and pool are all lovely and the villa has one of the best showers I have ever come across.

The owners and local agent were extremely helpful from booking to return. Overall excellent value so feel confident if you are booking this villa

We spent a long time researching lots of different areas and we kept coming back to Quesada. We wanted somewhere that we felt was not only suitable for summer holidays but winter ones too. Quesada is it's own little town with a community and banks, shops and restaurants that are not only busy and alive in the summer but in th winter too.

There is so much to experience in the region: explore the many small and beautiful villages trying the delicious local cuisine, enjoy the blue flag beaches with their white sands and clean water, play the exquisitely maintained professional golf courses, discover the countryside by bicycle or horseback and for the young (& young at heart) you can go wild at the water parks
