The Best Of The Coast On Your Doorstep

Nestling in the foothills of the Ronda mountains La Heredia is an architect designed Andalucian village of unsurpassed beauty. The narrow, winding, flower decked streets connect each pastel coloured property to the tranquil plazas. Antique wooden doors on each property and crystal clear fountains further soften the scene and create an ambiance that cannot fail to lift the spirit.

Despite its peace and tranquility an 8 minute drive takes you to the beaches and chiringuitos of San Pedro. Within 15 minutes of La Heredia lies Marbella and the beautiful Old Town, Puerto Banus and its world famous nightlife and Benahavis, widely thought of as the gastronomic centre of the Costa del Sol. Throw in at least 10 quality golf courses, unrivalled shopping experiences in La Cañada and Puero Banus and the different but equally engaging charms of San Pedro de Alcantara, Estepona and Istan and you really do have everything on your doorstep.

The three bed (1 en-suite twin and 1 double and a further twin room sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom) town house is beautifully furnished and suffused with light in every room. Combine this with stunning views down the coast to Africa and Gibraltar and it really is a bit special. The private plunge pool is bathed in sun all day and is a welcome supplement the 2 community pools (one of them heated). Air conditioning in each room is complimented by an enclosed log burner in the lounge for the chillier evenings in winter.

This is our little bit of heaven in Spain, we stay as often as we can and you will find it supplied to the highest quality with everything you need; Wi-Fi, Internet TV, a properly equipped kitchen, quality glassware and crockery, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, BBQ, 200 thread cotton sheets, fluffy towels, beach towels, new beds, bluetooth Bose speaker, lovely shaded outside eating area, comfy lounge and poolside seating.

Relaxing, comfortable, tranquil ......

Have stayed in many properties and apartments in the Marbella area and this is the first that felt like a home. The house has evertything you could possiblly need and for me as a techie....even had apple chargers, bluetooth speaker, connection from TV for my MacBook Pro and fast interenet ! As well of course, as great little pool, terrace, good kitchen etc etc etc....

Quiet setting but only minutes from shops, bars and restaurants and 15to 20min drive from my favourite place....Marbella Old Town and Orange Square.

Loved it.

We stayed at La Heredia at the beginning of July and absolutely loved it. The home was very nice inside and out, nestled in a beautiful property complex situated on a scenic hillside. The home was very tastefully furnished, cozy, comfortable and had everything one would need. The balcony and pool was fantastic for the hot days. The pool was plenty large enough for the four of us, 2 adults and 2 teens, and the balcony had magnificent views. The covered patio was also great for outdoor dining and enjoying the view. By evening time there was always a nice breeze on the balcony and it was a great way to end the day. On the property complex itself was a bakery/deli, butcher shop and restaurant/bar, all which were quality. Great location, everything you needed was close by and access to the main roadways was very close when you wanted to tour. Neil the owner was very accommodating and made us feel welcome. This home made our Spain vacation all that much better and it is highly recommended.

Family stay at La Heredia

Great stay in La Heredia (though weather not too accomodating). As a return visitor l was aware that a car is essential to take full advantage. Home in excellent location with great views and owner helpful and accomodating. Would recommend to all.

Pretty, picturesque, perfect !

We are so lucky to have had the pleasure of staying at this little jewel in La Heredia. Neil's home is perfectly located within this unique and colourful urbanisation. It has incredible panoramic views from the wonderful and spacious terrace. We spent the evenings sitting on this pretty and private terrace watching the full moon reflecting on the Mediterranean below ... magical ! The pool is small but private, and provided my teenage sons with hours of pleasure and us with welcome relief from the heat of the day. The home itself is spacious and pristine. The kitchen is well equipped and has high quality appliances and finishes and contains everything needed for a keen cook . The furnishings and decor are tasteful and the overall ambience just perfect with lovely attention to detail and appreciation of the Andalician style and setting. There are good restaurants nearby and the pretty villages of Ronda, Old Marbella, Mijas, Benahavis are all within easy reach. We loved our stay and hope to return very soon, if availability will permit ! Neil was a pleasure to deal with and Lynn is kind , helpful and generously awaited our very late arrival to greet us personally. This property is flawless and reflects the care and attention of its owners. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
