Sea Esta is a stunning, three bedroom Camber Sands holiday cottage that has been imaginatively furnished in an appealing, contemporary Hamptons style. With far reaching views of the marsh, located just a few minutes walk from the famous and breathtaking Camber Sands beach.

This contemporary Camber Sands holiday cottage is decorated and equipped to a very high standard in a New England style which is modern and fresh, making this bright and airy seaside cottage the perfect place to enjoy this beautiful corner of East Sussex.

The ground floor features a generous living room with sofa bed and a large open plan kitchen/dining area extending into the garden room. A perfect combination for entertaining. The first floor comprises a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes, complemented by two further good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The open plan kitchen, dining room and garden room are the perfect “hang out” or “chill out” area for groups of friends or families alike. Meanwhile, the slightly more formal bright and sunny sitting room has a sofa bed that can sleep another two persons, making Sea Esta a very cost effective option for larger groups.

Great location and immaculately clean

Sea Esta is on a small estate close to Camber beach and a 5-10 minute drive of Rye town. It was immaculately clean and very well equipped. The management company were on hand when needed but not intrusive. We arrived to find the whole area without water but they had arranged bottled water to keep us going until the supply was restored.

The welcome cake and wine was much appreciated.

Overall a lovely weekend break.

Modern, clean and accommodating

Had a wonderful stay here at Sea Esta with a group of friends. Everything we needed was provided plus a few welcoming gifts which went down very well with our party. Lovely location with the beautiful camber sands only moments away.

Would definitely recommend to friends and family, good value for money too. Thanks very much!

Fabulous

This house was exactly as was described on the Internet. Everything you could need was available including tablets for the dishwasher and spare bin bags, which I've found are not always supplied by other companies I've booked with. Also, a bootle of prosecco and a chocolate cate to boot!

The property was very well maintained and very clean. Bed was comfortable, had great quality bedding and lovely pillows.

If I could ask for one or two things it would be a different blind in the lounge, as it doesn't quite give enough privacy, and may one on the door and hall window. This is purely my opinion and it certainly wouldn't stop me booking again, in fact I'm trying to plan my next visit.

When we first arrived we weren't too sure about the location but we were wrong, it's so central for visiting places and the fabulous beach is something else.

The whole booking process was simple and I'd certainly recommend to friends and family.

Lovely house, well presented well situated for beach.

Very much liked the property, its presentation and location. It was clean and practical. Would happily recommend. The beds were comfortable and with good bedding and towels provided. The only downside was that the blind in the living room which is not suitable for sleeping as it is flimsy and not designed to block out light or offer much privacy at night.

Great property, AMAZING STAY

The property is about 5 minutes drive from the beach and is very easy to find. It was very well equipped - we found it in a very clean state. Bedrooms are very cosy and comfortable.

Amazing break!

We decided to have a short Easter break down on the Sussex Coast and as we had used Owners' Direct before, we thought we would investigate the possibilities again. The pictures of this property really made it stand out and with a family of five, it looked the perfect house for us, and indeed it was. Everything had the feel of a brand new property, although we understand it was built about ten years ago. It was very warm, cosy, everything was finished to a extremely high standard and with wooden floors throughout, easy to keep clean. The house had all the amenities that you could ask for including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a quality oven, to name but a few and two bathrooms with an extra toilet downstairs. This was one of the nicest holiday homes that we had stayed in and its location was perfect with just a five minute walk to the sea. Even though we were nearly blown over by the strong winds on one day, it was fantastic to walk along miles of a quality sandy beach to reinvigorate us. We had to leave after our third night, but wished we could have stayed for longer. However, I expect we will be back. We loved visiting Rye and Battle and everywhere at this time of year was so quiet and peaceful. We were also very well looked after and on arrival we were provided with a bottle of bubbly and a chocolate cake. What a welcome! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We can't recommend this highly enough. Stephen, Michelle and family.
