Smart apt with sea views from 36' balcony. Short walk to beach,shops & marina.

This spacious apartment is best suited to four adults and two children or 2 adults and 4 children MAXIMUM. It is fashionably furnished with white lacquered furniture, leather settees, co-ordinated curtains and lamps and black marble floors throughout. The apartment has a flat screen TV in the lounge area with the usual English channels - BBC and ITV etc. Each room has patio doors leading to a huge south facing balcony which has the benefit of the sun most of the day and overlooks the pool and beautifully kept gardens. The balcony has table and chairs for outside dining, a lounger and a drying area for washing. There are showers and toilets in the pool area.The apartment is air conditioned for summer, changing to warm for the winter. The bedrooms each have a double bed and one also has a set of bunk beds. The bedrooms are smartly furnished and have very comfortable beds and fitted mirrored wardrobes. The compact kitchen is open plan. It is well equipped with a washing machine, fidge/freezer,combination microwave oven, ceramic hob, toaster, sandwich maker, slow cooker and a good range of utensils.There are two lifts, an entryphone system and a resident janitor.There is a secure private car park with electronic gates. There is a public telephone situated in the car park. It’s approximately 5 miles from Malaga airport and takes about 15 minutes by road. The apartment is in a quiet side road just a couple of minutes walk to the main road with a shopping mall and several supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Cross the main road and you will be five minutes from the beach, promenade and the beautiful lively Benalmadena marina. This marina has been voted the best in the world for two years running and stays open well into the night and the atmosphere is great. Walking up the road from the apartment will bring you to the village of Arroyo de la Miel where the theme park Tivoli World is situated. There are some good restaurants and shops here and for daredevils there is a cable car which takes you to the top of Calamorro Mountain where you can see the whole breathtaking view of the Costa del Sol coastline. Two minutes down to the main road frequent buses run to Fuengirola and Torremolinos which both have water parks. There is a train station, El Pinillo, at the top of the road and the line serves Malaga airport. From the apartment it's about half a kilometre to the station so with the excellent bus and train service a car is really not necessary unless you want to tour the area. The Benalmadena Costa area is renowned for its golf clubs; some private but many public ones. There is a Tourist Information Office at the bottom of the road where you can book many exciting trips to the lakes, mountain villages, Gibraltar and even a day trip by sea to Morocco. The apartment has a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and a shaver socket. Towels and beach towels are provided.

Lovely Apartment

A really nice apartment located right at the heart of the resort with a really nice pool.Carole the owner is a really lovely lady and always available to answer any queries you may have.I would recommend this apartment and would like to send a big thank you to Carole.

A car would not be required at this apartment as the bus and train service is so good and nearby.

Nice apartment with good location!

We had a lovely week in Carols nice apartment.

The apartment was well equipped with everything you´d need for a comfortable holiday and its location was great, in the middle of everything.

Outside the apartment there is a big, clean and lovely pool.

It is just a short walk to the beach, about 10 minute.

It is a lot of choices right outside the doorstep. Everything you need for a sporty, relaxing, or discovery holiday.

Our experience with the owner of the apartment; Carole, is impeccable. She was really attentive and always available to answer our mails.

We would definitely consider book this apartment again!

Spacious/well equipped apartment with well maintained clean residents swimming pool.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, lots to do enjoyed going up in cable car - make sure you have comfortable shoes if you do this. Buses very convenient for getting about, plenty of eating out places, nice Chinese not far from our apartment.

Very relaxing and comfortable apartment

Myself, my husband and 3 children had a great holiday in Benalmadena at this apartment. It is spacious, clean and comfortable with a large balcony overlooking the pool. It is located in a quiet, very well maintained community block of apartments about a 10 minute walk from the beach and marina, and less than 5 minute walk to main street, tourist office and bus stop in Benalmadena. As well as having a host of activities and amenities on our doorstep, eg watersports, tivoli world, aquarium, water parks, we also found it to be a very good base from which to travel to surrounding areas - Torremolinos, Mijas, Marbella and Malaga city. The only issue we had with the apartment was that it had air conditioning in the living area only which made the bedrooms quite hot at night. However we purchased a fan for each bedroom and that seemed to do the trick and as we left the fans behind us hopefully they will be available to future visitors thereby eliminating this issue. Also Carole was great to deal with and always available to answer any query we had. We would definitely consider booking this apartment with Carole again.
