Newly decorated and furnished, sunny one bedroom apartment with air-conditioning and balcony. Sun on Balcony most of the day! New Kingsize Bed with memory mattress for a perfect night sleep! . Lovely pool. Ideally located 3 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes either way from Carihuella's beautiful promenade with classy restaurants and Benalmadena's sophisticated Marina. Bus stops right outside apartment taking you in one direction to Torremolinos, or to Fuengirola, Marbella, Mijas etc. Lots of activities are nearby, the beautiful Paloma Park and Tivolli World to name just two. Our apartment is officially VFT registered in line with Andalucian Government law.

We love our welcoming apartment and have spent many beautiful holidays here. We are particular with the guests who come to stay as the apartment has been taken care of and we have special relationships with our Spanish neighbours.

Why S Nothman chose Benalmádena

Because it is bright and sunny. It has been refurbished and most things are new. It has a very comfy bed and is close to the sea. It is extremely good value and we love it. But of course we are not biased!!

What makes this apartment unique

Good location to travel and buses right outside. Across the road to a new and modern doctor surgery/clinic which is free with an E111 card. Very few of these surgeries around the coastal areas and we are just opposite.

Fionnuala was the perfect guest to host. They left the apartment exactly how they found it which is always so nice. And i even got some great tips on where to stay in Ireland. We will be coming next year!

Great Apartment in a Superb location

The apartment was small but perfectly formed and was in a fantastic location 2 minutes from the beach. The apartment block was very quiet and all the other guests and residents were fiendly and polite. The communal pool area was spotless as was the pool itself

Great little apartment in a good location

This property is just as described and although it is small it's perfectly formed!! There has been a lot of thought put into maximising the space available and its ideal for a couple. The location is great with Lidl and Mercadona supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. There are a number of bars and restaurants a street away and it's an easy walk to the beach and marina area where there are more shops, bars and restaurants. The booking process was very straightforward and Sharna was extremely helpful with any queries. As we stayed in December, we didn't use the pool area but we did sit out on the balcony which is a real sun trap. There is a bus stop outside the apartment which services buses to other places along the coast and the fares are very reasonable. Taxi transfer from the airport was straightforward and only took about 20-30 minutes.

If you're a couple looking for a clean, well maintained apartment to use as a base in a good location in this area then I could recommend this property for a short stay. The only disadvantage for a longer stay would be the limited cooking facilities and the lack of a washing machine but if that's not an issue then everything else is provided.

A Comfortable Apartment near all amenities that you need for a enjoyable stay.

We are a couple in our mid seventies and it was just right for us if you want a independent holiday and not be on a big Hotel Complex.Situated a couple of streets up from the beach also near bars and restaurants .The apartment is comfortable and cosy and the little kitchen is adequate ,nice bedroom with very comfortable bed. and pillows and has lots of storage space. Would recommend a stay in this apartment.

Realy loved it

Just returned from a wonderful 3 weeks at this lovely little apartment. Small but perfect. Every space is utilised well therefore creating plenty of storage. It has everything you need for a great holiday. The pool was great and the residents and guests in the block were all very pleasant and friendly. It's in a brilliant location. Lovely and peaceful but axstones throw from the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again

Exceeded all our expectations. Will be going back.

We trawled through the website of apartments and had to stick to a tight budget this year. We weren’t expecting much for our money particularly as the pound has gone right down.

It’s not easy to select a property when there are so many competing and quite often the pictures present a much better scenario to what you get. We were impressed with the clear photos and the owners response which was within 15 minutes compared to all the others which took a few hours minimum.

We then got a call from the owner which really helped us because we knew we were dealing with a real person. Sharna was honest about everything, because when we arrived it was exactly as described and shown in the ad and what she had said.

The apartment is compact but with plenty of space to move around for 2 people. There is oodles of storage space in the bedroom and the bathroom. The place was spotless and we were really impressed that everything seemed new and not tired like some apartments we have visited in the same price range. The bed was extremely comfortable, the air con was great and we had everything we needed.

It’s right between Carihuella (10 min in one direction and Benalmadena Marina, 10 min the other direction. It’s a few minutes from the beach and very central. great location. Buses stop right outside which we used a lot and had a lovely trip up to Mijas in the mountains and Malaga which is really worth seeing.

The kitchen is very small, more like a kitchenette but we had everything we needed. Sharna told us ahead of time that there is no washing machine but we didn’t need one. There is a hob and Microwave but no oven, which again we didn’t need as we wanted to cook simple stuff.

It was in a very quiet location with a Lidls and Mercadonna only 5 mins away and a lauderette nearby if you needed one.

Thank you Sharna for a fab stay at your lovely apartment. We will be back.
