A superb, spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment (c.175 sq m) situated in the Baia Da Luz Resort.

This contemporary apartment is fitted to a very high specification and standard, has a fully fitted large kitchen, large living/dining area leading onto a balcony with stunning view, a master bedroom with en suite, twin bedroom with separate bathroom and a spacious mezzanine level with bedroom and en suite. The mezzanine bedroom has a double bed and sofa bed that sleeps 2 (an extra fee of £50 p/w for the sofa bed) so the room make an ideal family bedroom. It has doors leading onto its own ‘PRIVATE’ large rooftop balcony with sea view.

The kitchen is modern fully furnished with granite counter tops and Siemens appliances fitted with cooker hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, kettle, toaster and hand blender, pot, pans, cups, glasses and utensils. Ironing board, steam iron, cloths drying maiden.

The living room has LCD TV, Sky box, DVD player and audio system. The dining room table seats 6. There is a three-seater sofa bed, along with 2 armchairs.

Air conditioning in all rooms and winter under floor heating.

Free Wifi is available throughout the apartment and the resort.

Towels and linen are provided. Beach towel are not provided!

The property is cleaned for arrival and on departure. However additional cleaning can be provided on request and you will be charged for the additional service charge.

Praia da Luz has a stunning sandy blue flag beach just 250m from the apartment, whilst the facilities in the resort include 3 swimming pools (including heated outdoor pool and toddlers paddling pool), restaurant, snack bar, children's playground & 2 tennis courts. Lagos & many other beaches are a short drive away as are several golf courses, including Boavista (5 mins), Penina (25 mins) & Amendoeira (30mins).

A beautiful and spacious apartment on a lovely complex.

This apartment is gorgeous. It is really well equipped with everything you'll need, plus some lovely touches. It feels really spacious and the mezzanine floor is great for giving extra space, and the roof terrace is huge and a perfect spot for a sun-downer. The apartment is bright and sunny and also feels very private as it isn't really overlooked. The balcony is large with a big table and chairs, and we had some lovely sunny breakfasts enjoying the view.

The complex is gorgeous, really clean and well maintained, with great pools swimming pools, kids playground, poolside bar/cafe and plenty of loungers. Its an easy walk to the beach, shops and a lovely bakery.

The beach is lovely. Gorgeous sandy bay, with rock pools to climb about on, and with cafes and restaurants.

Really, really recommend this place. We had a lovely stay here.

My investment at the apartment 2A- Block 37 Baia da Luz was solely due to the location and very high standard of the apartment. Clean, Modern, Spacious, Private and Secure!

Nearest Airport : Faro at 89 Metres Nearest Barpub : Baia da Luz Poolside Bar at 200 Metres Nearest Golf : Boavista at 3 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Alloro at 200 Metres Nearest Beach : 5 min walking distance at 300 Metres

A very good walk from Praia da Luz church to the beach/cliff track to Burgau approximately 4.2klm. 'You must be reasonably fit, wear good foot- wear and protective clothing 'which includes a sun guard hat, sun shades and sun factor lotion' Water and communications are a necessity'

This apartment in particular benefits from the sun on the breakfast balcony first thing in the morning 08:00 up until 14:00hrs, then up to the mezzanine balcony where you can enjoy further full sun in private 'not overlooked' until sundown.
