This is the owners main home who works away weekdays so the property is available to occupy on a Sunday afternoons from 4pm for five nights with check out at 5pm Friday afternoons .The owners private accommodation is on the first floor.So this property not available Friday and Saturday nights and is aimed at Families wishing to stay Sunday to Friday and this is reflected in the most competitive summer peak season rate of £135 night with a five night minimum stay.
However having said that full weeks can be arranged by agreement with owner at £1200 for 7 night stay at peak times - just ring Les Hughes to discuss your requirements

This property is the owners main residence who works away during the week and is only available from 4 pm Sunday afternoons through to 5pm Friday afternoons ie 5 nights thus excluding Friday and Saturday nights ;for this weekday only rental the rental charges are discounted in comparison to other similar properties in Abersoch during the peak holiday season.The owner will usually meet Guests on the sunday of arrival to meet/greet and induct.
