About the property

Set in nice gardens, with very large pool, childrens pool and sunbeds.

A spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment, fully equipped for you to enjoy a very comfortable holiday.

There is a private garden area, with barbeque, for al fresco dining.

A utility area for drying wet swimwear, all bedrooms have built in wardrobes, with plenty of space for storing your clothing.

There is a spacious lounge/dining room, with flat screen tv and dvd player.

The apartment benefits from air conditioning and also has secure underground parking very close to the apartment.

The apartment is set in attractive gardens with a large communal pool, children's pool and sunbeds.

The urbanisation in which the apartment is set is fully fenced and has a secure entry system.

All this, just minutes from the centre of up market Neuva Andalucia, the beach and world famous Puerto Banus.

Please note that there is some road noise discernable around the pool area, but none in the apartment.

Clean, spacious & good location to explore area

Good and tidy apartment. Good sized bedrooms and living room. Kitchen and appliances all good. Sat TV in apartment with UK/Ire programmes. Pool all good and clean. On street parking safe outside apartments. Owners are pleasant and communicate via email clearly and on a regular basis.

This apartment is set in an up market development in Nueva Andalucia, adjacent to the very select Sisu boutique hotel.

The beach is a short stroll away, as is the world famouse Puerto Banus, with its luxury yachts and cars, miriad of restaurants and bars and designer shops.

The resort of Nueva Andalucia, again, offering every facility that you could wish for on holiday, is right on the doorstep.

The town of Marbella is just a very short bus ride away, and a visit to the old quarter, at night, is a 'not to be missed' visit

The beaches and, of course, the shops of Marbella, are also quite spectacular.

There are too many golf courses in the nearby area to list and this coast is also known as the Costa del Golf. The golf courses cater for players of all handicaps and prices. We shall be happy to provide further details if requested.

The hire of Jet skis, pedalos, sailing or power boats is available close by, as is diving training, water ski ing, fishing and sea fishing / or you could just relax on the wonderful beaches and enjoy an unending choice of restaurants of every description.

If you feel that you would like to live a little bit more of the Spanish experience, the local town of Estepona (otherwise known as the garden town of the Costa del Sol) is just a short distance away. With its wonderful beach and pedestrian shopping areas, and of course, the miriad of flowers, it is very well worth a visit.

By contrast, the British enclave of Gibraltar, is also a short journey, either by bus or car. The highlights are, a trip to the top of the 'Rock' to see the wonderful views of Africa and the Barbary apes, whale and dolphin watching, or the quaint, very British, town square and High Street, which is like 'stepping back in time' in the UK. One of our favourite spots is Europa Point, the most southerly point of the whole of Europe, where the African coast can be seen quite easily with the naked eye.

Our favourite inland spot is the picturesque town of Ronda, with its deep gorge and fantastic vistas. Also worth a visit is the Alhambra Palace at Granada and the Cathedral/Mosque at Cordoba.

Whether you wish to relax and just enjoy the beaches or explore this wonderful region, this apartment will make an ideal base for your trip.

Refundable Damage Deposit £350

A non returnable deposit of £150.00 GBP per week is payable on booking to secure the reservation.
the balance together with either a £350.00 GBP returnable security deposit or accidental damage insurance waiver this is charged at £4.50 GBP per person, (this will give you £100.00 GBP cover per person for any accidental damage, this does not cover you for willful damage and negligent behaviour, this payment is non returnable), is due 6 weeks prior to commencement of hire.
Hire commences at 16.00 hours on the date of arrival and terminates at 10.00 hours on the date of departure.
All prices include final clean and a linen and towel change after 7 days on all stays of more than 11 days.
A beach towel will be provided free of charge for each member of the travelling party.
