Tranquility, greenery, ample parking: Genoa live from another point of view
The charm of a former water mill beautifully restored with finishes in brick of the seventeenth and Vietri ceramics in the bathrooms.
Mill is ideal for a couple or for families with children up to 6 people.
Guests (but without the use) a luxurious swimming pool surrounded by hedges, trees and flowers.
In the countryside, filled with a magical, fairy-tale, the mill is in Pedemonte, just 5 km from the highway Bolzaneto and 18 from the historic center of Genoa, with the possibility of shuttle service. Its location makes it a convenient base and at a reasonable price to reach the Aquarium or some of the main tourist resorts of the Riviera Ligure (Portofino, Rapallo, Santa Margherita Ligure, Arenzano, Alassio).
It is not expected to use the kitchen, because Pedemonte, to the delight of visitors, is a country full of good restaurants and pizzerias in fair prices.

excellente semaine
Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire entouré par des gens très sympathique et inoubliable la région est très belle, Genes est très proche du moulin de nombreux restaurants dans ce petit village, chambre confortable tout ce qu'il faut et une immense piscine dans un cadre magnifique et très bien entretenu nous allons relouer ce petit moulin courant septembre merci à Angelo et Maria nous ne vous oublirons pas merci encore félicitation pour ce coin si charmant ce havre de paix

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit dort. Die Vermieter waren unheimlich herzlich und sehr bemüht um uns. Man fühlt sich dort in eine andere Zeit versetzt. Der Besitzer hat alles sehr liebevoll und authentisch restauriert. Wer Antikes Ambiente mag ist dort prima aufgehoben. Kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fussläufig zu erreichen, in Genua selbst ist man in ca. 20 min mit dem Auto.
Location
The Mill is behind Genoa, more precisely "at the foot of the mountain", as the name of the hamlet (Pedemonte), which belongs to the municipality of Serra Riccò. The country is well connected to the city center, it maintains its individual charm of the small inland towns, as the neighboring box and Savignone. One of the most scenic areas of the Ligurian Apennines, the Antola Park, is located about 25 minutes. For shoppers, however, the outlet McArthurGlen Serravalle is a 35-40 minutes. Lovers of regional cuisine, however, will not need to do much road Pedemonte fact boasts fine restaurants, pizzerias and trattorias cheap where you can sample authentic Genoese, such as pesto and focaccia with cheese. As fish dishes, we recommend the restaurant Luciano, just 4 minutes drive from our mill.
