This luxurious ground floor apartment is available for short term holiday lets, as well as long term winter lets. With a luxurious feel to it, this is a great choice for those of you wanting a good base from which to explore Lagos and its amazing coastline. This apartment offers two stylishly decorated bedrooms, fully air conditioned with bathrooms to match and views onto the rear terrace. It has a generously sized walled garden, including a private grassy lawn area which is perfect for families with children. There is an open plan kitchen with all appliances, dining area with wooden dining table and gorgeous cream leather chairs. The living area is a comfortable, relaxing, fully air conditioned space with a 32' flat screen TV, with an Android IPTV Box, programmed with all the UK and US channels and all the latest films. These are all played through the in-built surround sound music and theatre system. There is a built-in BBQ on the front terrace and stylish outdoor furniture available for the front and rear terrace. The apartment looks onto the beautiful pool area, which also offers a jacuzzi bath and children's pool, as well as outside changing facilities and toilets. Guests can use the large pool (previously olympic sized) behind the complex, by the day for a small fee. There is a 5* resort behind the apartments which boasts 3 restaurants, a spa, gym and a bar with views over the Lagos coastline. This apartment is the perfect base for families wanting a modern apartment, with an enclosed private garden that is just a stones throw from the local amenities and the award winning Porto De Mos beach.

Clean & nice, modern decoration + beach house feel

The apartment was very clean and nice (modern decoration + beach house feel). The nearest beach is a 5-10 walk, the rest is about a 10-15 minute walk. We didn't think any of them felt long though. Overall, we'd stay again and would recommend the place. Carley's recommendations for restaurants were great and definitely go kayaking while you're there.

Amazing property. Amazing area

We stayed here for 9 nights and I was very impressed with the property. It was clean and had everything you need for a self catering holiday and was comfortable and ultra modern. It is difficult to get a feel of just how big this property is from the photographs, so we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, the apartment is huge. Carly was very helpful throughout the process and also during our stay, we arrived after midnight and Carly was kind enough to wait for us and also went to the trouble of providing us with some essentials. The gorgeous Praia de Mos beach is literally 5 minutes walk and if you don't fancy going there every day, there is lots to do in the surrounding area and other beaches to visit. The swimming pool is clean and very safe for children and is directly opposite the apartment. We will definitely staying here again!!!

Great location, perfect when exploring the area by car, beaches very close

We had an amazing week in Lagos. From there it is easy to explore the beautiful Algarve. The apartment is spacious and located close the beaches (10min walk) and city center (15min walk). It is really convenient it has 2 bathrooms! There is a pool (cold water, but nice) and parking. The only sidenote is that the kitchen isn't very well equiped.... other than that Im very positive about the place!

Große, gut ausgestattete und gepflegte Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, modern und gut ausgestattet (2 Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Terrassen). In der Küche war das einzige Manko, dass keine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist was bei der Größe und der Qualität der Ausstattung eigentlich kein Problem sein dürfte. Dagegen sind Waschmaschine, Herd, Kühlschrank und Eisfach, Herd, Backofen sehr gut. Auch der Grill auf der Terrasse hat gute Dienste geleistet. Besonders gefreut hat uns auch, dass reichlich Strandutensilien vorheriger Mieter nutzbar waren, z.B. diverse Sonnenschirme und Strandstühle. Etwas enttäuscht waren wir von der Lage - die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat von der vorderen Terrasse Blick auf den Parkplatz, was nicht so idyllisch ist. Die hintere Terrasse haben wir nicht genutzt, weil es dort sehr windig war und die Möbel dort sehr abgenutzt waren (man hätte allerdings die Terrassenmöbel von vorne dort hinstellen können). Der Pool ist relativ klein, drumherum ist relativ wenig Platz für die vielen Leute, die ihn nutzen (mehrere Wohneinheiten), es sind keine Sonnenschirme vorhanden, aber Liegen. Die Kinder haben den Pool auch gerne genutzt. Carly war gut erreichbar, einige kleinere Mängel wurden sofort behoben. Alles ist gut organisiert. Das WLAN funktioniert problemlos. Der Weg zum Strand Porto de Mos ist nicht allzu weit, allerdings teilweise sehr steil und ohne Schatten. Wir sind meist mit dem Auto zum Strand gefahren, auch Donna Ana und do Camilo sind nicht weit, alle Strände sind wunderschön. Der Weg in die Stadt ist gut zu Fuß zu bewältigen. Lagos bietet viele Möglichkeiten für einen entspannten und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub, und wir haben unsere 11 Tage Ferien mit 4 Personen sehr genossen!
