Doorstep skiing guaranteed, this apartment is situated on the belle plagne piste, in the lower part of Belle Plagne. 22 sqm apartment consisting of a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Located on the 5th floor with a balcony looking over towards the Col de Forcle drag lift and the Grand Rochette beyond. It is in a quiet location and yet only 5 minute walk to the centre of Belle Plagne with its welcoming bars and restaurants.

About the Owner

Peter and Ann Fitzpatrick are keen skiers coming to La Plagne for the first time in 1991. They have skied La Plagne every season since 2002. They live in Sevenoaks, Kent, both work. They adore the Savoie and Haute Savoie regions and feel completely at home in the wonderful Belle Plagne resort.

My son and I stayed at the apartment for a week in April 2016 and I can not speak highly enough of its convenience. We got a coach transfer which dropped us off right by the car park entrance and this relieved the stress of trying to find it. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and the view from the kitchen and balcony are amazing. The ski locker under the block makes it easy ski in/out and the slope outside is fine for beginners, as my son was. The village including ski office, ski shops and Spar are very close by with just a few minute walk across the slope outside.

I would definitely stay again and recommend it for a parent/child stay or a couple as it is just the right size.

Excellent location, beautiful apartment!

We stayed here for 4 nights and cannot fault the apartment at all. Cosy, clean, great location, amazing views. Excellent value for money. Everything we needed for our skiing holiday. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication with owners couldn't be more helpful. Thank you very much!

Cosy apartment with lovely views

The apartment is situated very close to all the bars and shops in Belle, about a 3 min walk up the piste and is ski in/ski out. The apartment itself is small but perfect for a couple or 2 friends and very well presented and clean, with a kitchen and TV. Manue the local contact could not have been more helpful and advised us on which restaurants and shops to try and even to mention her name for a discount. For a good value cosy spot in Belle you can't go wrong with this apartment.

2016 Half Term Ski Holiday in Belle Plagne

What a little gem of an apartment we found here ! I took my daughter skiing for half term and found this apartment on the lower slopes of Belle Plagne.

Very busy time half term but the fast 6 man chairs kept queues moving.

We were able to park in the underground car park, with easy access to lifts and your own ski locker.

The apartment was as described and perfectly sized for 3 people. Very clean and well looked after we would highly recommend. Small south facing balcony overlooking ski runs, the view was terrific !

Ideal for cosy nights in but still within a stones throw of some very nice restaurants and a few bars.#

In a much quieter but fantastic location 150m from nearby shops and restaurants. Our favourite restaurant Le Matafan. Not the cheapest but

excellent food and service !

The owners are very charming and the service we got was very pleasant indeed.

I can honestly give this holiday accommodation a 10/10 and will definitely be back. La Plagne has some great skiing and we will be back next year for sure

The lower part of Belle Plagne is a superb location for all types of skiers and boarders. The apartments in these blocks rarely come up for sale, especially the south facing ones. This is a cosy studio apartment and yet welcoming.

Belle Plagne (2050m) is a truly wonderful resort, part of La Plagne and the wider Paradiski area, which includes Les Arcs and Peisey Vallandry, with some 225sq km of ski area.

Belle Plagne has a total village feel to it, with various bars and restaurants, as well as a bowling alley, a Spar shop[ and various hire rental and clothing shops. It has two delicatessens and a bakery, which bakes the most amazing Baguettes. There is a swimming pool and ice skating down in Bellecotte, the next station down. You can catch a gondola down to Bellecotte and it only closes at midnight, so you can enjoy the Bellecotte nightlife.
