About the property

Beautiful rural location yet close to local sight seeing opportunities

This beautifully presented ground floor accommodation offers spacious accommodation for 6 guests in a wonderful countryside location.

Featuring entrance hallway, separate spacious lounge with countryside views, galley style kitchen, cloakroom and three double size bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a super king size bed and use of a Jack and Jill style bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. Bedroom 2 has a zip/link bed (either used as twin beds or a super king size bed) and use of the Jack and Jill bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath.

The main feature is a covered entertainment area which wraps around the property with seating areas provided. There is also an enclosed rear garden and access to countryside walks very close by.This is the perfect place to relax after a busy day sight seeing in the nearby areas of Bournemouth, Poole, Wimborne, Sandbanks, Christchurch and many others. The area offers lots of choice for families and there is something for everyone to do.

One dog is permitted to stay with a £30 weekly surcharge.

Please enquire about bringing your horse to stay too

We do offer short breaks for a minimum 3 night stay at a rate of £150 per night in the low season - Please enquire for further details.

Additional pricing information

Pet Fee £30

We will require a non refundable deposit of £200 to secure a booking and the outstanding balance would be invoiced 8 weeks prior to the holiday. Any bookings made within 8 weeks of the holiday will require the full payment being made at the time of booking.
We can accept bank transfers, cheques, debit card payments with no fee, however, a credit card payment carries a 3% fee.
Any payments received are acknowledged with a booking confirmation/receipt.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

Cancelled bookings will not receive a refund.
