Number 31 Lower Stables is a homely apartment, just a few minutes' walk from Maenporth Beach. It's in a great position as it's close to the leisure centre, and has stunning views of the bay. The cool, cream walls make the space feel light and airy.

The main entrance is at car-park level with a flight of fifteen steps down to the apartment. Once you open the main door, Number 31 is all on garden level. There's a large open-plan living and dining area next to the kitchenette. You'll find two comfortable leather sofas facing either the television or the gardens, so you can choose your view! Patio doors open onto the paved terrace where you can enjoy a lazy lunch in the sunshine, or keep an eye on the children as they play on the grass.The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and consists of a traditional pine table and chairs. Again, there's plenty of room for an early evening supper or a riotous, family game of Hungry Hippos. The kitchen, styled in duck-egg blue, contains everything your family needs for a week away.

Along the corridor and you'll see the master bedroom with its simple style, and en-suite bathroom with both a bath and overhead shower. Patio doors from the bedroom will take you into the garden. You have net curtains on the windows here for privacy. The second bedroom has a set of twin beds, and just opposite is the family bathroom with its modern suite of dove-grey.

We'll pop in a welcome hamper for you comprising of red wine, Taylors filter coffee, Smugglers tea, milk and a packet of Cornish biscuits.

There is a refundable £100 deposit against damages required on this property.

You'll have full use of the leisure facilities including the indoor, heated swimming pool.

Lovely New Year Break.

We have been coming to this property at an New Year for a number of years now and love its location. Sea views from both bedrooms and the living room make it a winner.

We had a fantastic stay at 31 lower Stables, the location was breath taking with amazing views over the bay. All the staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. The facilities were excellent and well maintained. The apartment was very comfortable, however the property had very strong smell of dump mainly in the upper corridor and master bedroom. And a few simple improvements to the property would of made the accommodation excellent - in the master bathroom there was a large amount of black mold staining on the coving, both extract fans needed a very good clean as they both had a large build up of dust. I also noticed many guests reviews in the guest book stating blackout curtains would be great in the 2 bedrooms, I would agree with this and would suggest this is really considered. Overall the location, grounds, and facilities were all excellent, the property was comfortable and okay condition but with a few small improvements it would be excellent also.
