Number 22 The Crags is an attractive, ground-floor apartment on the Maenporth Estate. It's decorated in magnolia which gives the space a warm, clean feel, and acts as a perfect backdrop for the natural wood furniture throughout the property.

Access is via a short, internal flight of steps. Once inside, you'll step into the large open-plan living and dining area. It has a comfy, beige sofa with two matching armchairs and plenty of scatter cushions for extra comfort. The curtains and rug are a deep brick-red which add warmth and colour. There's a large dresser, painted in green, that provides extra storage for kitchen equipment, plus an exciting range of paperback books for you to enjoy on the terrace on a warm, sunny afternoon. In the corner, you'll see the wooden dining suite which provides seating for four with space for a leisurely evening supper with a bottle of something chilled, or a noisy family game of gin rummy.The kitchen is fully equipped and contains everything you'll need to look after the family for a week or two. It's a compact and attractive room, kitted out with wood units and biscuit-coloured splash back tiles.

Along the hallway and you'll come to the master bedroom which has a small television for lazy mornings catching up on the news. There's a twin room next door. Both bedrooms have solid wood furniture, and patio doors leading onto the terrace. The family bathroom has both a bath and overhead shower unit to suit all needs, plus there's an en-suite shower room, accessed via the twin bedroom. Both have heated towel rails to keep your beach towels warm and dry.Outside again and you'll see why this apartment is such a popular choice: the terrace is large and wraps around the property, giving you plenty of outdoor space which is relatively private. You'll also have uninterrupted views of Maenporth beach and Falmouth Bay. Imagine a leisurely breakfast out here, with a cafetiere of hot coffee, warm, buttery croissants and the morning newspaper. What a perfect start to the day.

We'll have a welcome hamper of red wine, Taylors filter coffee, Smugglers tea, milk and a selection of Cornish biscuits, ready for your arrival, and you'll have 29 acres of established gardens to explore, plus full use of the leisure facilities.
