About the property

The Maison D'Amis provides luxurious self catering accommodation for 4 people. There are two comfortable bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. Downstairs is a large dual aspect open plan kitchen / sitting rooms with far reaching views towards St Emilion. The kitchen is well equipped with Neff induction hob, single oven, fridge-freezer and a Miele dishwasher. Outside is a large 12m x 6m salt water swimming pool, which can be heated by arrangement. Guests have use of the wonderful covered terrace for shaded outside dining.

Rates are subject to change at the owners discretions. Rental week during high season is Saturday - Saturday. Extra cleaning charges will be incurred if the accommodation is not vacated in an acceptably clean and tidy state and will be deducted from your deposit. Day of departure check out is 10am and check in on arrival day is between 3pm - 5pm. Rental rates include electricity, towels and household linen. The pool can be heated by prior arrangement for an additional fee. The first basket of logs for the wood burner is included refills at an extra charge.
