Well equipped townhouse set within the exclusive 'Palmyra' development in Vila Sol. Townhouse M41 can be booked with M42 which is the adjacent townhouse for those looking to have two houses together (subject to availability).

Only 3 minutes walk to the 5* Vila Sol Hotel and golf course and 7 minutes drive to the fantastic Vilamoura marina. The townhouse overlooks the swimming pool, with the roof top balcony facing towards Vilamoura with distant sea top views and directly overlooking the golf course.

Rates include wifi and enhanced 60 channel tv package including SkySports.

The townhouse is spacious and luxurious with 4 bedroom, 4 bath/showers, approx 20km from Faro Airport. Sleeps up to 8 and set in beautiful, lush, landscaped gardens. The property is furnished to a luxury standard and fully air conditioned throughout, with marble floors, en-suite bathrooms, solid oak furnishings and a feel of quality.

The nearby hotel has all the facilities expected of a 5* resort including tennis courts, driving range and golf academy which is a 5 minute walk from the house (nominal charges apply). An Aqua Park and Karting track are within 5-10 mins drive.

Living room - well equipped living room with sofas to seat 8, with TV and internet access. The living room leads off to the outside patio which has an 8 seater patio dining set.

Kitchen/dining area - 8 seater dining table, with good sized kitchen area with upright integrated fridge. In the basement is a utility room with washing machine and additional storage area.

Bedroom 1 - basement level ensuite bedroom with natural light. One double bed and wardrobe (Note: can be separated to make 2 single beds).

Bedroom 2 - ground floor bedroom - two single beds and wardrobes. Shower room and wc across across the corridor.

Bedroom 3 - first floor master suite with double bed and ensuite and wardrobes. Small balcony overlooks swimming pool and communal lush gardens

Bedroom 4 - first floor with two single beds with ensuite and wardrobes.

Roof top balcony - 8 seater sofa set with two sun loungers. Roof top staircase has wine and beer chiller and storage cabinet. Fantastic views over the swimming pool, golf/gardens and views towards Vilamoura.

Peak season the change over dates are Saturday to Saturday unless agreed beforehand. A light midweek clean is provided along with a mid week towel change. A full clean is made alongside a linen change after 7 nights or on changeover day

Superbly fitted, immaculately clean & a great location.

We had 2 weeks at M42 in August '16. The property was superbly presented, with everything a family could need for a 2 week summer holiday. It was spotless, with exceptional quality fittings and furniture, and the layout works perfectly. The pool was a stone's throw from the terrace and clean with plenty of sun-beds and parasols. The furniture on both the terrace and roof terrace were great, with both spaces providing ample room to relax, and even though it is a town house there was no intrusion at all from neighbouring properties. Satellite TV including full sky movies & sports meant that the kids were able to have some quiet time out of the sun, plus we were able to keep up with the Olympics when not out for the evening. As a golfer, the location was fantastic not only for Vila Sol itself but with the Old Course being 5 mins away, and Victoria only 10 mins away. Plus family wise, it was a simple drive into Vilamoura for evenings at the Marina. We would definitely recommend M42, and would certainly hope to return.

Very imprsive villa, well kept and very clean. Can not fault in any way.

Very modern and well furnished villa, well kept and very clean. Everything worked perfectly and air-con was nice and cold! Nice to have all the sky sports channels and a quick internet connection. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to book.

The gated complex is perfect for family's and you feel very secure. Their are 4 swimming pools of which we used two of them, the one on the left as you come through the gates in absolutely perfect for young children as is nice and shallow. The pool to which this villa looks out onto is also a very nice infinity pool which is generally quite quiet.

Fabulous property - spacious, well positioned and superbly equipped - would highly recommend

We stayed at M42 Palmyra for two weeks. We were a party of 2 adults and 3 teenagers and we were all very impressed with this property. All the bedrooms had loads of hanging space and private bathrooms. All the showers were good and all the beds were very comfortable. The property was well secured with lockable, opening patio doors in each room with fly screen and it was particularly good to use the easily accessible underground car park to keep the car cool.

The kitchen had everything we needed, including a brand new coffee machine that used capsules which were sold in all the local supermarkets. Lots of plates, mugs, glasses and pans etc and full range of cutlery. The basement laundry was v large and had a drying stand which we used on the roof patio - things dried very quickly! There was loads of space in either the laundry room or in the basement lobby for suitcases and golf equipment to keep the upstairs clear.

The lounge/diner was well furnished and we had Sky TV including sports and movies and all the usual UK freeview channels. The wifi works well throughout the property having 2 zones - upstairs and downstairs. The patio furniture was very comfortable and looked brand new. Kept cushions inside at night to keep as clean as they were on arrival and sprinklers on the lawn outside might have spoiled them. The roof terrace had 2 loungers and lots of chairs again with clean and comfortable cushions.

Vila Sol Palmyra is well positioned for all local amenities. Good nights out in Vilamoura and found a great beach at Almargem with a lovely beach bar called BJ's (need to book it's really popular) There are 4 or 5 supermarkets within 5 minutes of Vila Sol. I registered online with Apolonia in Almancil (It is Waitrose!) and booked a delivery for the first morning. This was brilliant as all the heavy stuff - drinks etc - was delivered (Free) and I just topped up at either Pinge Doce or Continente during our stay. On resort there is a small coffee shop and supermarket where we could get meals or just take away croissants etc. 20 mins walk away near the resort entrance. Also, the taxi guy recommended by the property guide is just great.

Overall we had a great holiday. Gardens are well-kept and no-one reserved beds by the pool - people just wandered out when they felt like it and it was a very relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend this property to anyone - adults only or families - but a car is needed.

Excellent, clean with great facilities

We had a great stay at M42 for 10 nights. The villa is very clean, modern and on 4 levels. The cleaners came in 3 times over the 10 days which was good. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone.
