Casa Levana is set in a small, picturesque and typically charming village in Andalucia, Southern Spain.

It is a large, traditional spanish country house which has been sympathetically restored to retain its rustic charm but with modern facilities.

There are 3 large bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining room and living room and large bathroom.

There are also three totally secluded patio areas.

Casa Levana is a great base for exploring Andalucia and the surrounding area. The beautiful, historic sites of Granada, Cordoba and Seville are all within easy driving distance. The area is also perfect for walking, cycling, bird watching and painting.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Casa Levana. Its a big house with lots of sitting areas both inside and out. We particularly liked the sun room. The weather was kind to us so we had lovely sunny days and then enjoyed sitting by the roaring log fire in the evenings. I imagine sitting out on the patio on summer evenings would be lovely - unfortunately it wasn't quite warm enough for us in April! We would love to come back and spend some time in the summer months.

Shades of Ancient Andalucia

We (couple in our 70's) stayed in this lovely, atmospheric Andaluz property for six nights, using it as a base for day trips to Sevilla, Cordoba, Ronda and local mountain areas - we had already stayed in Granada, which is also easily reachable. From the beautiful soft light that floods the courtyards, particularly in the evenings, to the scent of Jasmine every time you open the front door, to the line of lemon trees on the street outside, this is the authentic experience of Andalucia. Set in the middle of Olive groves in the centre of the province, the house is roomy with lots of spaces, indoors and out, and is equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The local town of La Roda de Andalucia has most services and the lovely old city of Antequera, which has hypermercados as well as its tourist opportunities, is a 35 minute drive away. Casa Levana is just over 1 hour and 10 minutes by car from Malaga airport.

Although not a 5-star hotel, Casa Levana is perfect for those who appreciate Spain and, particularly, Andalucia. You really feel part of the scene and the Casa is an important element of your experience here!

Taste of Spanish Life

Really enjoyed our stay, this beautiful house was just as described and more. Directions to the property were easy to follow and exact especially when relating to the land marks. The information pack that we received was full of information of some excellent places to visit to which we had a fantastic time. Locals were really friendly and helpful and their way of life is so laid back.. I would recommend this property if you want a real taste of Traditional Spanish life.
