About this property

Our home is a beautiful villa with 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom plus downstairs toliet. Our villa was fully refurbished in 2015, all bedrooms have flat screen TV with Cable TV. Our villa truly is a home from home, we have provided everything you would need for a perfect holiday, including beach towels and hair dryers etc, also all international landline calls and wireless internet are provided. Our utility has brand new top of the range oversized washer and dryer plus iron and ironing board.

Our kitchen was also refurbished with beautiful granite worktops and all new stainless steel appliances, we have a breakfast bar seating 2 and a casual dining table seating 6. There is also a 6 seat table in the formal dining area. We have two lounges one with huge flat screen TV.

On the main floor, 1 master bedroom with a King bed, a private sitting room with direct access to the pool; a second bedroom with two twin beds. The second floor consists of a second master with a Queen bed and ensuite; a second bedroom with a Queen bed and shared ensuite and 1 bedroom with Double bed with trundle beneath for additional guests and shared ensuite.

The pool overlooking the lake has many luxury sun loungers for your comfort, and the dining table is set up under the lanai. We have added a pool table with comfortable seating in the garage for if you have any energy left after the parks.

For families with babies we have a full size cot with all bedding, we also have a high chair and a baby walker you are welcome to use.

Fabulous three week stay

Fabulous villa in a brilliant location. Four adults and two kids stayed here as a base to go to the Disney theme parks and explore the local area, having been to Orlando many times before this location was by far the best we have been to! Really nice that the villa had some of the essentials such as coffee, cooking oil, salt/pepper etc - rare to have this in recent times! A problem with the refrigerator was addressed really quickly by the property managing agent - which turned out to fix itself anyway! Already looking to try and get booked for next year!

Lovely Villa in a Fantastic Location

Had a great 2 week stay Really clean and comfy had a little issue with the pool being a bit dirty (due to the recent hurricane) called the management company and they arrived within 5 minutes and sorted it. Thanks Kaylie for renting it to us. Hope to return soon to make more Magical Memories !!!
