The Villa

The detached house has 3 double and 1 single bedroom sharing 3 bathrooms, and has everything you'd expect from a Spanish villa: private fully-maintained swimming pool, outdoor terrace and a south-facing garden. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday with the whole family

The Garden

The fully maintained swimming pool and extensive terrace off the kitchen and sitting room take centre stage in the south facing private garden, but there are loads of other things that make this garden special: the ancient olive trees are our favourite.

The Area

Located in a quiet friendly neighbourhood in Boadilla del Monte, the villa is just a 30 minute drive to the centre of Madrid and the airport and a short drive away from El Escorial, Segovia and Toledo. Boadilla del Monte itself is seeped in history and has plenty of vibrant bars and restaurants.

Perfect peaceful holiday

The first thing that strikes you is the tranquility. The villa just a few minutes drive from the M50 (Madrid's equivalent of London's M25) but on a lovely, quiet, residential road. As you walk through the gate into the grounds of the villa, it is like stepping into your own secret oasis. The villa itself is homely and welcoming with a lovely big kitchen. Some of the decor is quite 'quirky' but that just adds to the charm IMO. The garden and pool are so private and peaceful - beautifully maintained by Nico, the gardener, who is charming and discreet. Thoroughly recommended.

From the Owner

The villa sits in what used to be a matured olive tree orchard, so there are loads of ancient beautiful olive trees in the garden, which frame the wonderful private pool. Wrapped around the house, there are 3 terraces, so that you can sunbathe, eat or drink either in the in the sun or the shade, just off the sitting room and kitchen. The house itself is south-facing, so it is full of light and airy. In winter, you can light either the open fire in the kitchen, or the log stove in the sitting room - perfect for a cosy night in after a long day sightseeing or skiing in the mountains. the location is perfect for the airport and the centre and Madrid (only 1/2h away), and for day trips to beautiful towns such as Toledo and Segovia. In winter, the 3 ski resorts in Madrid are just an hour away.
