Situated amongst 4,000 m² of olive and citrus trees, in Dassia Corfu.

A small complex consisted of 10 Apartments / Studios.

Ideal location for relaxation, but easy access to the beach, the action and the whole island. Sea view balconies, garden view balconies, garden with flowers, sunbeds, secure parking, pool access, B.B.Q area and patio.

The silence!! Allows the mind to cleanse, calm and relax.

The nature!! The big garden with sunbeds under the trees, with patio tables and chairs, the B.B.Q area, for barbecue gatherings.

The view!! Sitting at the balcony you can actually see Dassia bay, Corfu city, mountain Pantokrator.

The location!! Close to the beach, the shops, the restaurants, the bus station, the action ... all that without the noise!!

Each Apartment / Studio can accommodate 2-3 people.

Guests have access to the outdoor public swimming pool (seasonal) at next door hotel. In property garden and patio area, B.B.Q. Wi-Fi is available in all areas.

You can find me at the property from 18:30 until ....... late!!!

There is regular bus service from and to Corfu city and the rest of the island. To reach Dassia from Corfu city you take the blue bus N.7 Dassia (stop Malibu), or taxi.

About The Owner

Hello. My name is Marilena.

The complex was named after me, by my father, who was the original owner and manager, until a few years ago, decided to delegate to me the management.

My life's moto is : Keep walking ....

I like travelling, reading, cinema, dancing, I'm member of cultural association, trying to preserve our local customs and events. I'm passionate about my family, work, friends, volunteer work and my dogs (Hera and Boss).

I like meeting new people. As a traveller I'm always interested in the real everyday life, history and culture of each place I'm visiting.

As a Iandlady I consider my customers, as guests and friends and treated them accordingly.

My favourite destinations (so far), is Venice, Edinburgh and Barcelona. Hope to travel around the world ....

The Owner purchased this apartment in 1988

Why The Owner chose Corfu

This property / land was bought by my father in 1988 and he financed also the construction of the building. Until 2006 when I started to run the business, he was the manager. It is a family property, run by a family from the first moment. We consider our customers, as guests and friends. We are there to help, to give info and to make sure you have unforgettable holidays in our beautiful island and in our residence.

What makes this apartment unique

Each Studio can accommodate 2-3 people. The 3rd bed is an extra bed (sofa bed), added in the room only when there is 3 people reservation.

Soggiorno assolutamente ottimo, personale disponibile e gentile. Situato praticamente sul mare e strategico per qualsiasi necessità, bus, market, ristoranti, locali notturni ecc. Le camere perfettamente pulite con servizio di pulizia costante e ottimale! consiglio al 100% questo posto!!

Das Studio entsprach den Angaben im Inserat. Es war einfach, aber sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es war gemäss der Beschreibung der Vermieterin gut zu finden. (Ich hatte einen Mietwagen) Ruhig gelegen und man wurde gut betreut und bekam Tipps betreffend Restaurants. Besonders empfehlen kann ich das Restaurant "Bamboo", feines Essen und eine supernette Bedienung. Besonders in Sommer schätzt man sicher den schönen Garten mit Liegestühlen und die Grilliermöglichkeit. Für Gäste, die Strandleben geniessen möchten, eher nicht so optimal.
