Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with large terrace overlooking los cristianos harbour, with 180 degree views to las americas. Fitted in july 2016,Fully equipped american kitchen with microwave fridge freezer and breakfast bar. Both lounge and master bedroom have french doors onto terrace where the sun sets every night The apartment is equipped with satelite tv with english channels,also a dvd player, there are dvds board games and books. All linen , towels and beach towels ioncluded.Complex has large pool with plenty of sunbeds for guest use. Plenty of bars restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, including an onsite restaurant. The airport is 20 mins by car/bus and the town and beach are a 15 mins walk..

Very clean and tidy. Fans weren't great for hot weather and couldn't ger the one in twin bed to work. However we loved the apartment. The balcony is perfect!

Lovely, quiet location, worth the climb up the hill for the stunning views! Apartment was very spacious and well equipped with a new kitchen. Balcony with views towards harbour was 'to die for'! Definitely will return!

HOME FROM HOME - With Sun included

Lovely apartment, well equipped with all you need for a relaxing holiday, clean and safe.

Great location overlooking the sea and harbour from a large well equipped balcony. Sun from late morning until Sunset. Management company on site for peace of mind.

Easy downhill walk to the seafront, however it is a good 20 minutes walk uphill back! Taxi is euro 5 with tip.

Good food shops, restaurants and bars near vicinity. Ian and Lin the owners are very friendly and easily contactable via email and phone if needed.

We have re booked for 2018 so that is a recommendation in itself.

Getting there...................

The owners were easy to deal with and responded promptly to emails . As others have mentioned, Port Royale is located about 15 mins walk from the promenade and certainly takes longer on the way back up unless you use the services of a local taxi (3.45 Euros). The pool area has recently undergone a total refurbishment, which unfortunately was not completed prior to our arrival. The apartment was well presented and clean on arrival and is currently being refurbished over a period of time by the owners. I understand that the kitchen area is due for refurbishment in July 2016, which will complete the total makeover of the apartment.

There are a number of locks on the main door coupled with a metal outer gate ensuring security is a priority, making the apartment a safe haven. The views from the balcony are brilliant and you can watch and hear the boats arriving and departing from the harbour area. The vicinity around the apartment is very quiet ensuring a good night's sleep. The apartment is on the same level as the small reception and pool meaning it is suitable for guests with restricted mobility, no steps to negotiate providing you take the correct route.

There are a number of restaurants in the immediate vicinity with the Italian, Balti Balti (Indian) and the Belvedere being the pick of the bunch.

Would certainly consider staying in the apartment in the future despite the distance from the promenade and main town area.

Big apartment with beautiful views!

The listing description was accurate. The property was mostly clean. The bathrooms needed extra attention and there are small ants coming in from the walls in the kitchen and apartment. But that was not a big problem since in Spain you can have lots of worse animals coming inside.

The owner was really nice and easy to contact. The apartment was very expensive as to when you compare to the area around it.

Overall the apartment was nice and well-kept. There was lots of boardgames, movies and books. The terrace is amazing with the best view I've ever had. The area is very safe and quiet, except for some of the neighbors being a bit too loud. The kitchen needs an update with some of the supplies as cooking was a bit hard at times. Otherwise the apartment was very clean and we got everything we were promised.

Very nearby there is a restaurant called HibaHiba with lebanese food. Lovely staff, very nice seating area and one of the best foods on the island! If you go here you must go to HibaHiba!

Owner's Response: Very Small red ants called pharaoh ants are common in tenerife and are very difficult to eradicate completely. Sealed containers are left in the kitchen cupboards for food products as these ants can sense a food source in minutes. We are continually improving the apartment and new kitchen is set for 2016.

Quite location with brilliant sea view

Accurate description and I'd certainly stay again. The only downside for us was the lack of Air-Conditioning which made it difficult to sleep on a night although there are roof fans which helped a little. We spent most of our time on the large terrace which had great views, and we didn't have to venture out too far if we didn't want to as there is a supermarket a few minutes walk away. Our best meal near here was at Belvedere where we had 2 huge steaks, starters and a few drinks for £27.

Communication from the owner was good and the management company who showed us around were helpful. I'll be looking to go back next year.
