Really enjoyed the house. Wonderful views and outside areas. Location perfect for driving anywhere.

Everything worked perfectly with the booking, checking in and out. Iain was always super ready to help, answer questions and give advice. The house had everything that was needed and to a high standard. We loved the views from the master shower! Only improvements could be blackout curtains in the master bedroom as the sun rises early and maybe a bigger double bed.

6* Villa!

We were a party of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this fantastic villa. The elevated location afforded outstanding views over Ibiza town. We felt we were staying in Iain's home, it was very tastefully and comfortably furnished. We really appreciated all the shady areas, especially the seating on the decking under the sail looking at that lovely view. The gas barbecue was well used as we preferred to stay home in the evenings and enjoy the facilities including the sparkling lights of the town. Customer service from Iain was excellent and his housekeeper, Simona, was also very friendly and efficient. We could certainly recommend this property. Paul & Mary

Beautiful home, stunning location

We simply cannot fault this home. Having stayed in many different types of villa in Ibiza over the years, this has to be my favourite of all. The house is perched in the hills overlooking the valley around Ibiza Town and coast. From the elevated deck terrace you can see the Dalt Villa and Formentera in the distance. In my experience of staying in Ibiza, it's best to stay outside of the main towns and switching between all the nightlife Ibiza has to offer and the secluded tranquility of Can Chumbo really gives the feel of 2 very different holidays rolled into one. San Antonio is only 25 min ( a pretty drive through the Ibizan countryside) and Ibiza Town only 15 minutes so we were never too far from the action. Plenty of local supermarkets and an ATM is available in nearby Sant Jordi. The beautiful stretch of coast at Las Salinas is only a 15 minute or so drive away and has a real hipster feel and a genuinely beautiful white sandy beach.

All in all, the photos just don't do this place justice. I've never wanted to visit the same place twice wherever I've been, but this place really has changed my mind!

The owner and property manager were a pleasure to deal with and the booking and payment process was handled professionally.

The pool, drive way and gardens are very impressive and they add to the feeling of being perched high up amongst the pine trees on the hillside whilst giving plenty of direct daylight for much needed sunbathing.

A spectacular home that really does feel very special indeed. Whether it's your first visit, or 10th visit to Ibiza, this is the way to stay. Be warned: this place will really spoil you :)

Fab time at Can Chumbo, Ibiza

We had a great stay at Can Chumbo. It is an idyllic villa on a hill with spectacular views towards the sea and Ibiza Old Town. The sunrise was magnificent as was the moon reflecting across the sea at night, very romantic! The villa set in a secluded and beautiful mature gardens provided the perfect setting for relaxation while being 10-15 minutes drive to the nightlife and lovely restaurants in Ibiza town. Recently refurbished, the owners have retained the Spanish flavour whilst at the same time adding some stylish modern bathrooms. We loved the variety of outdoor lounging and dining areas to get together and also being able to find a quiet spot to read a book and listen to the birds while enjoying the stunning view. The pool was beautiful with plenty of loungers in the sun and shaded areas when we wanted to get some shade. Ideal place at an ideal price. Will certainly be going back there.
