Berry Hall Cottage is just lovely! Attached to the 18th Century Gower House Berry Hall and tucked away in the peaceful hamlet of Berry, you are just 10 minutes drive from the award winning beaches of Port Eynon, Rhossili and Oxwich. Newly refurbished to a very high standard whilst maintaining original features, Berry Hall Cottage sleeps four in a kingsize and a double bedroom. There are two bathrooms, a lovely family bathroom with walk in power shower and separate bath and an en suite shower room off the king size bedroom. The downstairs has a lovely open plan living/ kitchen/ dining room, which is beautifully presented and has the original stone fireplace with wood burning stove, a very well equipped kitchen, large plasma TV and DVD, two very comfortable sofas, dining table to seat four. Outside there is a very private and sheltered patio with table chairs and BBQ, which catches the afternoon sun. Perfect for sitting out drinking cold beers or a glass of wine with a meal on warm evenings. Shops & local amenities close by, off road parking for two cars, fully central heated, well behaved dogs welcome by prior arrangement. Perfect for couples & families needing a relaxing break or an action packed countryside beach holiday. Short breaks available outside peak weeks (min 3 nights)

Great dog friendly accommodation

We loved being able to walk the dog straight out on to the net work of paths which criss-crosses the Gower. The cottage was very comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. Proximity of fish and chip shop a bonus

Cottage situated in a great location, homely, well equipped. Highly recommend!

The cottage had everything needed in lovely condition and it's quiet and secluded location made it. Equally the short walk through the countryside to the beautiful beach was fabulous. Highly recommend and would love to make a return trip.

Lovely peaceful and well equipped cottage

We had a lovely time. Two spacious bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, dog allowed and easy parking. Not far from any of the beaches. Nice and quiet area. Brilliant base and friendly owner.

Fantastic cottage and a perfect holiday!

The cottage s very homely and well equipped. Location is perfect as you are in a lovely lane just off the main Gower road, but within a 5 minute drive from the beach and the shops etc.

Couldn't recommend it enough and we will certainly be visiting again to see Wendy who was very helpful.

Location

Berry Hall Cottage is a very short drive to the fabulous blue flag beach of Port Eynon Bay where you can spend the day rock pooling, body boarding, building sandcastles or sunbathing. It is also very popular with windsurfers depending on time of year. During the summer months Port Eynon Bay is patrolled by life guards making it safe and secure for young children to play. It was also VOTED BRITAIN'S BEST BEACH (July 2012)

The Gower Peninsular is a walkers heaven. With it's spectacular coastline, breathtaking countryside and historic castles and churches it's easy to see why. Gower is also Britain's first designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Berry Hall Cottage is perfect for walkers with many fabulous circular walks which take in the beautiful countryside, stunning coastline and 16th Century Oxwich castle starting right at the front door. Provisional bookings are held for five days pending receipt of deposit
A non-returnable deposit of £100 per week is payable on booking. The balance is due two months prior to the holiday commencing. Once the booking has been confirmed the client is liable for the full rental in the event of cancellation.
In the event of cancellation, please notify us in writing. You are liable for the balance of the rental in full however, we shall endeavour to re-let the accommodation.
Accommodation will be available from 4:00pm on the day of arrival to 10.00am on the day of departure. Bookings are accepted on the condition that the property is left clean and tidy. Guests are fully responsible for the property and are liable for any loss or damage to the property or contents. Guests should report any damage or breakages and these are to be paid for.
Please enquire for rates for short breaks out of season (min 3 nights). Short breaks April to June are a minimum of 3 nights and minimum price £300.

Full terms and conditions will be sent with a booking form on enquiry.

Dog are accepted subject to terms and conditions and charged at £30 per week
