It comprises of an entrance hall, two double bedrooms, and sofa bed, two bathrooms, kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, utility room with washing machine. A large living room and dining room with private sun terrace enjoying amazing Sea and Marina Views. Sleeps 5 persons. The apartment has air-conditioning, T.V with HDMI input, wifi. Set in a perfect location for walking to the two blue flag beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. Also comes with a private underground parking space.

Moraira is now one of the most exclusive and pleasant places to stay whilst on holiday on the Costa Blanca. It has all the charms of a small picturesque fishing town nestled between mountains and vineyards, and at the same time has grown to offer everything to those that stay here. The streets are a mix of quaint cobbled narrow alleys and modern avenues lined with palm trees and fountains.

Moraira has a large variety of restaurants and bars to cater for every taste and budget. As the sun goes down relax in one of the many cafe bars, watch the sea and stunning views along the coastline to Calpe, or browse the stalls of the interesting street market.

Moraira's beaches, including the beautiful picturesque El Portet beach, have clean golden sand, are nestled in attractive bays with safe swimming, and the beaches cleaned daily. The main beach is situated next to the town centre with pedestrian walkways and a park area.

Moraira offers an excellent variety of sports activities, including jet ski hire, water skiing, deep sea fishing, diving tuition and equipment hire, tennis courts, a golf course, mini golf, and mountain bike hire. For children there are specially designed park areas to play safely.

Alternatively for a great day out visit, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia, Mundomar, Font D'Algar or even Valencia for it’s shopping and culture.

Great Views , right in Town

Nice apartment, great views from the Naya, Paula was very helpful with my questions, don't hire a big car if the underground parking is to be used its a bit tight, also the description states two bathrooms but really it's one bathroom and one cloakroom, the TV has some English language channels but not British TV like BBC etc . Overall a good apartment at a fair price . Thanks Paula for all your help Best Regards Robert & Carol

Large flat, lovely location, fantastic views.

Great flat, 2 minutes from the centre and the front. 5 minutes from the main beach. Lovely walk, via shortcut, to El Portet.

Terrace covered (great for us as it rained a lot) with fantastic views. Lovely beds, great shower. Underground parking very tight. If you are hiring a car then the smaller the better. Kitchen basic but loads of restaurants within a few minutes.

Loved it!

Location could not have been better! The apartment gets great breezes and was so comfortable for our three kids. Paula was fantastic and clued us in to El Portet beach, which is not as crowded and great for snorkeling. Seven days was not enough!

Amazing Week Away!

We have just returned from an amazing weeks holiday in Moraira. The views in this apartment are breathtaking! This apartment offers a central location but without the late night noise in town. As a family of 5 we had so much space, although in the older part of town the apartment is fitted with aircon and has a dishwasher!

It's an easy walk to the beach in the daytime and lots of restaurants and bars in the evening. I will recommend this apartment to all my friends that love to visit Moraira and I'm sure we will be back again soon.

tres belle vue

appartement au dernier étage d'un petit immeuble

belle vue sur le port plein sud ; terrasse bien agréable

accès grâce un ascenseur ( un peu bruyant )

étant très sensibles au bruit , nous entendions un peu les voisins, mais dès 22h30, le silence revient !

Appartement bien équipé ( manquerait un égouttoir dans la cuisine )

Paula très gentille et prend tout son temps pour nous parler de Moraira, des restaurants etc

et nous précise être prête a répondre au téléphone pour toute question à tout moment de notre séjour ( mais n'en ont eu pas besoin !)
