This is a new Apartment which has been converted within the listed building Formerly The Railway Tavern into luxury accommodation, in the historic Georgian market town of Holt. Many of the original features are retained which gives the flat a modern but quirky feel. The property is accessed by a set of stairs leading to a lobby way.

On the first floor there is a twin room two single beds with a small wardrobe and a bed side table.

This room is next to the main bathroom where there is a bath with a handheld shower attachment.

On this floor is an open plan kitchen lounge which has two comfortable sofas for relaxing, a dining table and chairs for four people and a new modern well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and washing machine.

Winding stairs lead to the master bedroom with a double bed which has an en suite shower room.

There is a compact stereo system with blue tooth and free Wi Fi.

All towels and linen are included

A small court yard area provides the perfect suntrap for eating or relaxing,with a table and chairs for four people is shared with one other Apartment.

There is a private parking space for one car

No smoking and no pets are permitted.

The North Norfolk coast has been a favourite holiday venue for our family for many years. Holt is a very special town where there is always plenty to entertain.

Nearest Airport : Norwich at 48 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Holt at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Sheringham at 8 Kilometres Nearest Train : Sheringham at 8 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Holt at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Weybourne at 6 Kilometres Car: recommended

There are many restaurants and pubs and cafes just a stone’s throw away, Byfords the well know restaurant and Deli which is open for breakfast through until Dinner is a three minute stroll away, The town has a fish and chip shop an Indian restaurant and a Chinese take away.

Holt has many independent shops and galleries which provide endless hours of browsing or serious shopping.

The stunning coast line is just three miles away and stretches all around the North Norfolk coast providing lovely beaches, fishing, sailing, bird watching, seal tours, coastal walks much of which can be reached by bus from Holt.

Sheringham, Weybourne, Wells and Holkham are just a few of the beaches along the coast however there are many more all within easy reach.

The famous Poppy Line steam train runs between Sheringham and Holt and is well worth a visit.

There are many national trust properties to explore including Blickling and Felbrig Halls.

There are two large country parks Holt and Sheringham which are beautiful places to walk and explore

Sheringham has a golf course which overlooks the sea.

Norwich is 23 miles away and can be reached by car or by Bus from Holt or train from Sheringham or Cromer

The Norfolk broads are 39 miles from Holt
