Exclusively for adults Jasmine is a 1st floor apartment which has a living room, with fitted kitchen area, overlooking the front of the building. It has a dining table and 4 chairs in the window, comfortable sofas and flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. It has its own private staircase to the 2nd floor where there is a modern bathroom with shower over the bath and a heated towel rail. There is a separate WC. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with wash basin and has views towards the Great Orme. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Bedroom 3 is a single and also enjoys views towards the Great Orme.

Guests have use of a laundry which has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is a large car park at the front of the building.

It is just a short, level walk to the shops, restaurants, promenade and pier on the Victorian North Shore and a similar distance to the West Shore beach.

About the Owner

I grew up in Cheshire and have very fond childhood memories of Llandudno.

Once our children had finished school we decided to have a life style change and move to the seaside. We looked all over Wales but instantly fell in love with Llandudno and decided to make the town our home;it's a decision we've not regretted for an instant. Having both the Victorian planned North Shore as well as the undeveloped West Shore means we're spoilt for choice for where to go for walks. In addition there's the stunning scenery of Snowdonia on our doorstep, as well as the many ancient castles and varied tourist destinations within an easy drive.

From the Owner

We wanted to offer our guests comfortable accommodation within an easy flat walk of the North and West Shores. Situated in a quiet part of town guests never have to worry about parking as we have our own large car park. Many cars have been left for the week as guests have enjoyed the freedom of strolling into Llandudno to visit its many facilities. Guests who have been coming for years comment that the apartment is their home from home in Llandudno, this is something we're very proud of.
