3 Bedrooms sleeps 5 , adjacent to dunes, centrally located to explore Cornwall

Seashells is a light bright sunny bungalow which backs on to Upton Towans, a grassland nature reserve with species such as glow worms, pyrimidal orchids and skylarks. Ideal for dog walking as well as a family friendly beach holiday with Gwithian and Godrevy beach offering fantastic surf.

Seashells has oil central heating and also offers a wood burning stove for out of season breaks The open plan lounge has a large LCD TV, DVD player, stereo and wi fi as well as 2 layzee boy chairs and a comfortable sofa. The kitchen has all full size appliances along with a dishwasher and washing machine and this leads on to the conservatory which has a dining table overlooking the well stocked garden. On sunny days why not enjoy breakfast on the deck or a barbecue and a glass of wine. The garden is fully enclosed so you can relax and unwind if you have pets or small children.

There are 3 bedroom, 2 with double beds and 1 with a single bed. All beds have pillows and duvets but please bring your own linen and towels as required.

The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, wash hand basin and WC.

Seashells is a 15 min stroll through the dunes to the beach or 5 mins by car to the main beach car park.

Cosy well positioned bungalow

A warm, comfortable and well laid out bungalow. Lovely light conservatory and mature safe garden. Perfect for walking straight onto the dunes down to the beach. Easy trip to Hayle for shops, we loved it.

Home away from home

The bungalow was very comfortable with everything you need. A warm welcome of milk in the fridge, scrumptious biscuits and fresh flowers. Dune walks right on your doorstep, beautiful beaches a short drive away and dog-friendly eating eating places serving delicious food. All make a fantastic holiday destination

A Wonderful Base to explore cornwall

we loved our stay at seashell. close to wonderful beach. it was a little home. a place to chill, relax. our three children loved the property. we never felt crowded and had a lovely outside garden with bbq. just fab for what we needed

Perfect location!

Love this bungalow, we have stayed 3 times and are looking at going again.

Perfect location for walking over the dunes and onto the beach with the dog. Ideal for visiting St Ives, Penzance and Marazion.

The bungalow is very clean and well kept and feels like home! Nice to sit in the conservatory with a glass of wine and relax.

Can't wait to go back, hopefully again this year but definitely next year.

Delightful and homely bungalow, ideally located.

The bungalow had a light and airy feel, was very comfortable and spacious.The enclosed rear garden made it very dog friendly, also the decked areas with table and chairs were ideally suited for meals and drinks outside, or in the generously sized conservatory.The bungalow was also well equipped with all the necessities to make your stay a pleasant one, and its location was as good as it gets. We would be very happy to return in the not to distant future.

clean, light and and airy - perfect location

very accurate description and everything we needed.

Lovely welcome note and Easter flowers and cornish biscuits with chocolate for the children.

Perfect location through dunes to stunning beach and lovely walks then home to cosy woodburner.

Sea shells is a real home from home and we have recommended it to family and hope to return again.

A wonderful walk through the sandy paths will bring you to 3 miles of glorious golden sand. Gwithian and Godrevy beach are ideal for a family friendly and activity based holiday.

Seashells is the perfect location from which to visit the north and south coast. Enjoy a visit to St Ives art galleries, the Eden project, The Minnack Theatre, Lands End to name but a few...
