This spacious south facing, poolside ground floor contemporary furnished apartment sits on a PRIME location in Polis Gardens. The following facilities and services are included in the rental cost when you stay:-

The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard with attractive modern quality furnishings and decor both inside and outside. All living and bedroom areas benefit from reversible (hot & cold) air conditioning units with the addition of ceiling/standing fans, heaters and electric mosquito plugs in each room. Fully equipped kitchen, Wifi/internet, TV, DVD player, Ipod docking stations and Blue tooth speaker. With a south facing location and open country side views the semi-covered patio area offers a perfect place to continue your holiday outside. Strictly no smoking or pets please.

Our apartment comfortably sleeps 4 adults guests. For more flexibility a sofa bed, inflatable single bed, cot, high chair and additional outside seating can be utilised to increase maximum family occupancy. Bed linen and towels (including beach towels) are provided during your stay, please bring your own cot bedding.

Guests can enjoy the use of two swimming pools (accessed via steps or low ramp) a well equipped gymnasium along with shower facilities at the immediate rear of the property included in the rental cost. In addition, there is a children’s play area and picnic area very close to the apartment. During the summer months there are also Zumba and Aqua-aerobics classes at an additional charge.

Polis Gardens is a very well managed private and recently completed development. In simplistic terms "A very relaxing, comfortable place to stay". The grounds have been thoughtfully landscaped and along with owners sympathetic additions make the overall aspect very appealing. The apartment is also just perfect for lazy sun soaked "do nothing" holiday with the inviting pool and sunbeds.

The development stands on the edge of the Akamas peninsula national park and is conveniently close to Polis town and amenities (supermarkets, post office, chemists, car/bike hire, banks, petrol station, butcher etc). Polis Gardens offers an ideal base for couples and families to explore the local area of Polis Chrysochous and beyond. The apartment is an easy 10 min stroll to Polis pedestrianised town centre which features an abundance of friendly bars, restaurants and shops. Nearby Latchi centres around a pretty marina with some of the best seafood restaurants in Cyprus along with some excellent professional water sports and recreational boating facilities.

The Akamas peninsula is one of the Cyprus jewels and a must see visit - with stunning nature trails, deep gorges, spectacular beaches and a wealth of scenery to be explored. Perfect for walkers during the cooler months. Or for the less energetic take a guided Jeep or Quad bike safari. On your journey, explore some of the traditional Cypriot mountain villages Neo Chorio, Steni, Peristerona and Lysos are all very close by. Stop at a local taverna, the locals will welcome you with open arms as you taste great home-made food and wine. Be prepared to relax, take your time over your meal and try lots of different dishes – You are in Cyprus and this is the Cypriot way!

Flights to Cyprus are available from all major airports in the UK including budget carriers, with the most convenient airport being Paphos. Transfer time is approximately 40 minutes from Paphos Airport. There is also a large International Airport in Larnaca (around 2 hours transfer time). Local car hire is available at both airports and can be pre-arranged for you from Paphos Airport (to include pick up and transfer direct to the apartment) via a reliable local company - details available on request.

Why Les Cowell chose Paphos region

Why we chose this property and location – very simply, 'its fantastic facilities.' We love having one of the largest swimming pools in Cyprus as well a equipped gym, superb jacuzzi and sauna. All within seconds of our welcoming and homely apartment.

Polis is also a great location, whether it is for holidays or for an extended stay. We both look forward to our holidays in the apartment where we can relax and unwind.

As the development stands on the edge of the Akamas peninsula national park it is conveniently very close to Polis town which has all the local amenities you could need. Polis is the main town of the Chrysochous Bay area and there is lots to see and do. We love exploring the stunning nature trails and gorges along with the mountain villages where you can meet the locals and eat great food. Equally we enjoy relaxing on the sandy beaches – there is really something for everyone!

What makes this apartment unique

Polis Gardens is a recently completed and very well managed private development. Owners have contributed and worked together to make this development very appealing to those who have the opportunity to stay in Cyprus. Once you have visited, you will want to come back again!

We had a car to explore with and give us independence.to get around but the location is so good with great pool and facilities that you could happily stay put walk or use bus service if you wished.

  • There are two bathrooms - The Master bedroom is en suite with a separate enclosed shower cubicle, toilet and fitted vanity unit. The other bathroom is opposite the second bedroom and features an over bath shower, toilet and also has a fitted vanity unit.

Perfect polis

My fourth time at this apartment and it just gets better, the apartment is very well maintained and has every home comfort you can think off, we enjoy everything about this location, and can't recommend it enough, the pool area is well maintained and cleaned every day with adequate sun loungers for everyone if you just fancy a lazy day. Polis town is just a short walk away and has lovely restaurants and taverners to suit everyone's taste and budget. The only down side was that we had to leave and come home, on the plus side we are booking for next year.

Super Ferienwohnung in einer sehr ansprechenden Anlage. Sehr gut organisert.

Wir , 2 Erwachsene und ein Teenager waren im Mai 2016 für 10 Tage dort. Die Fewo ist umfassend ausgestattet. Alle Räume klimatisiert und mit Ventilator und Fliegengittern versehen. Zum Pool, (30m lang) sind es von der Terasse nur wenige Schritte. Die Bewohner der anderen Appartments sind vorwiegend ältere britische Herrschaften , welche ausgesprochen freundlich sind. Es ist dort sehr ruhig, man kann sich richtig gut erholen.

Der Vermieter versorgt einen bei Buchung mit umfassenden Informatioen zur Fewo und An - und Abreise. Das Infomaterial in der Fewo ist umfassend und enthält jede Menge wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurantbesuche. Wir haben einige davon besucht und waren immer sehr zufrieden.

Wir haben schon viele Fewos gebucht , jedoch wurden wir noch nie so gut betreut. Der Vermieter ist via email jederzeit erreichbar wenn man Fragen hat.

Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Der Ort Polis ist überschaubar , jedoch findet man dort alles was man benötigt. Restautants, Supermärkte Cafes, Fahrradverleih etc.

Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Art Cafe Kivotos. Wird von einer Deutschen geführt, dort gibt es erstklassiken Kuchen und Frühstück
