Ideally Placed Four Bedroom, Two Bathroom Quad House In Villamartin

This is a well kept property in the area of Miramar Golf, Los Dolses within walking distance of all amenities, local bars and restaurants and the La Zenia shopping centre. This property is well furnished and comfortable and comprises of a lounge/dining area and a fully equiped kitchen. The lounge has a ceiling fan.

Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, upstairs there are also 2 bedrooms and a showeroom (all the bedrooms have air conditioning ). Both upstairs bedrooms lead onto the south facing solarium terrace. The property is 200 yards from the communal pool. There is a TV, DVD and Wi-fi. There are two adult mountain bikes and a set of golf clubs in the shed which also has many useful items for the beach. This property is ideal for holiday lets . Take a look you will find this property very favourable and well located.

This is a non smoking property but you may smoke in the outside areas but please use an ashtray.

Los Dolses plaza with supermarket, bars and restaurants is 5 minutes walk away. The Le Zenia shopping mall (the largest in the Alicante region) is 10-15 minutes walk from the house, and the well known Villamartin plaza is 15-20 minutes walk away from the property.

The local Playa flamenca market is 15 minutes walk from the house and is held every Saturday morning excluding red days. (Spanish Bank holidays)

Torrevieja town is only a 15-20 minute drive where there are many attractions including two water parks.The Aquopolis is our favorite, please check with them for times as this varies with the season. It also has a commercial centre, many nightclubs, bars and restaurants and beautiful beaches. There is also a small market and fair every Friday.

Terra Mitica theme park is in Benidorm about 1 and a half hours drive. There is also a zoo, a large waterpark and many bars, restaurants and shops.

There are also other places to go to like Cabo Roig with many bars and restaurants also there is Playa Flamenca and La Fuente.

There are 3 excellent golf courses nearby, Campomor, Villamartin and Las Ramblas. Villamartin golf course being the closest and in walking distance from the property.

You can walk to La Zenia beach in 25/30 minutes and is a 2 minute drive. Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig beaches being a 5 minute drive away.

You are welcome to use the BBQ, but you need to clean it afterwards (or use a disposable). Failure to do so will incur a £25.00 deduction from your damage deposit to cover the additional cleaning required.

Great property, A home from home
We did enjoy staying in this lovely clean property. The house has so much extra's for us to use, such as a cool box, beach chairs, inflatables and beach towels. There were even 2 bikes in the shed for us to use. We were very pleasantly surprised that the owners left a cupboard with food such as tea, coffee, sugar cereal, etc....We didn't need to hire a car as the house was close to shops, beaches and local market. There was also a bus stop nearby and a free bus to the waterpark. The property has a good size communal pool, which we had to ourselves most of the time.Thank you Sandra and Steve for your hospitality. We definitely recommend your house to our friend and relatives and come back again. Family Garner

Villa was tired. Not spacious enough, especially for 8 people.
We arrived late evening and would have appreciated a welcome pack of some description, not even a bottle of water! 6 single beds 1 x Bunk bed sleeping 8 in total.... Only room for 5 people to sit in the lounge area. 2 sun beds on the upper terrace, poor condition. 2 bikes, both with flat tyres. No pump! Ironing board..no cover, NO IRON! Kitchen cupboard door handles constantly coming off! Old TV set in a wardrobe, so not much clothes hanging space. Upper sun terrace really dusty. Lower terrace had a plastic patio table and 4 chairs. The list goes on! We were a party of 4 and found the property too small. I dread to think if 8 people rented how they would cope! For the amount of money we paid, it was extremely disappointing. We have rented about 15 times in this area and found this to be the worst. The communial pool was spotless but had no sun beds and only 4 poolside plastic patio chairs (all damaged) This is one we will not be returning to.

Very tired and in major need of an upgrade
Firstly, feel that the owner should advise that you have to go up a no through Road to find no 22, as there are no street names and it does not show up on sat nav. We arrived very late at night and tried phoning Ian as we couldn't find no 22, however Ian was in England and couldn't really help us. As for the condition of the house, I have today it was quite poor and also not very clean, the cooker when turned on tripped the electricity, not a very good advert for the owner being a " fully qualified electrician" as stated in the instruction manual! There were handles falling off the cupboard doors! A strip of Formica hanging off the worktop, a dodgy light fitting in the downstairs bedroom, bicycles in the shed which are held together with rust! Also both bikes had flat tyres, the upstairs sun deck was filthy and had never been brushed or had the table wiped for a very long time, and the cushions for the sun loungers were old, stained and tatty! and as for the towels and t towels they were threadbare and should of been thrown out years ago. It seems quite obvious that this house has been neglected for some time and was certainly not what we expect to find when booking through yourselves. I thought that that there was meant to be standards in place before properties are taken on for renting! To crown it all I was asked for a larger amount than quoted in the information booklet for Ian and Lynn to clean the property! What a laugh! As all they seem to do is stick the sheets and raggy towels in a washing machine! So no I would not recommend this property to any family looking for a nice, clean place to go on holiday!!!

Perfect family holiday
7 of us went in july/August 16, 5 adults and 2 children, everyone of us had a ball. Great location and great price, Just like a home from home, it has everything you need and more, this is our 4th time to Villa Martin but our 1st time staying at this villa, will definitely be booking again.

Why they chose this property

This is a quiet residential area, that has been rejouvinated by recent development in the area. Whilst it is close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants, it is far enough away that you are not disturbed at night, this makes it ideal for families with children.

What makes this property unique

Close to golf clubs, shops restaurants, supermarket and blue flag beaches. And now with a petrol station with shop and cafe just a short walk for convenient out of hours supplies.
