Property is a modern, spacious, open two storey house located 200 meters from the seafront. It is within 5 minute drive of the world famous Es Trenc beach at Sa Rapita.

There are 4 bedrooms, 1 with a king size bed, 2 with 2 single beds , and 1 with 2 extra wide single beds. Each bedroom has built-in wardrobes. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower.

All bedrooms open onto a generous terrace. It consists of an open plan sitting/dinning/kitchen area with an internal terrace. Sleeps 8 and is equipped with WiFi/Satellite TV/Air Con cold/warm and a fully equipped kitchen. The modern kitchen contains an island with high bar stools. The house is furnished with a modern interior.

S'Estanyol is a small village and has a good infrastructure. It is approx. 25 minute drive from Palma airport and Palma City. The property is approx. 200 meters from the seafront and the marina of Sestanyol wth 2 excellent restaurants (2 mins walk). Also within 3 minutes walk is the picturesque natural beach of S'Estalella. Ideal place to spend a relaxing time. A quiet village life and a slower pace of life.

S'Estanyol has some restaurants, bars and a small grocery store , however in Sa Rapita (1 km away) you will find more restaurants, bars, a bakery, grocery stores and other services.

NOTE: We do not accept groups of people under 30 years old.

NOTE: Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00, departure at 10:00. If an earlier/later arrival/departure to the property is needed please enquire at the time of booking.

NOTE: Refundable deposits required for any damage to the property or contents, will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details, (full name, Name and address of bank, IBAN , SWIFT or BIC number) either before or on arrival.
