The Villa is situated in a quiet neighbourhood of Adsubia, approx 1km from Arenal (main beach). It is a private gated property, which has just been redecorated, refurnished and modernised, but still has a traditional Spanish feel.

The villa has been renovated over the winter 2016. The exterior of the house, garden walls and gates have been repainted, a new master suite window has been installed and the pool has been repainted and a new filtration system installed. The air conditioning units have been replaced and the kitchen boasts a new cooker!

There are three bedrooms; a double master bedroom with en-suite, a second double bedroom and a trio bedroom (double bed with single bunk above). There is a main bathroom with bath and shower, a living area with pull out double sofa bed and new flat screen TV with cable. The living area also has a gas fire, which is a great addition to the heating in the winter months.

The dining area overlooks the pool and can accommodate up to 10 guests and has a modern and bright feel. The large kitchen is situated just off the dining area and has all modern appliances.

The terrace over looking the pool has a lovely covered seating area (Naja) and then steps down to the patio around the pool, which has a dining area with parasol and sunloungers on the lawn. There is a gas plancha/grill plate which you can feel free to use during your stay.

The villa will accommodate up to 9 people using the double sofa bed in the lounge, however this might be a little crowded for some!

Could not fault this Villa. Would recommend a stay here!

We have just returned from our stay at the villa our family included a 4 year old and nearly 2 year old.

The Villa is ideally located to Javea Arenal beach an easy walk of about 20 mins . Supermarkets Consum and Aldi 5 mins away.

The Villa is very well equipped for every need with loads of indoor and outdoor tables and chairs, the Plancha was great for outside cooking.

Children enjoyed the pool and also very nice grassy garden to play in.

There is Wifi.

Ava has been very attentive at all times.

Lovely holiday villa.

We've just returned from a week in this lovely villa. The property exceeded our expectations in terms of specification, spaciousness and cleanliness. With air-con in all the bedrooms and sitting room, a well fitted and equipped kitchen, a great pool and loads of inside and outside seating, this was great for a family with 2 children with room for more. The bathrooms have recently been renovated to a good standard and extra air-con installed. The location is great with only a 20 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and with ample parking. We cooked on the BBQ on a number of occasions but also ate at restaurants at the beach and also visited nearby Denia and Calp. The villa is a very sensible run from Alicante airport with the journey taking about an hour. The local supermarket ( Consum ) is only 5 minutes away as is an Aldi ! Xabia is a lovely area and we intend to explore it more in the years to come.

We're very happy to recommend this villa so long as it's available for us when we next want to visit !

We loved the area and villa!

We enjoyed three weeks in the villa and the surroundings. The villa is very lovely and we all (especially our son) loved the pool! Close to the beach, Arenal, and what a lovely beach! All sand and a nice walk along the promenade with many restaurants and a relaxed atmosphere, but it is preferable to have a car and drive down to the beach. If you prefer a rocky beach then get close to the lovely harbour area, with the piers.

The Supermercando Consum is within a walking-distance (as is Aldi) and open all days during Holiday time, July. We will most surely get back and enjoy this villa and Java once (at least) more, we all loved it! Many thanks to Ava for keeping in touch while we were there:)

Excellent holiday

We have just spent a week in this beautiful villa. There were 4 of us (2 couples) and lots of space. The kitchen was well equipped and more than enough tables and chairs around the pool. We walked to the Arenal beach area most evenings for something to eat and watch the world go by, then took a taxi back from the rank on the road behind. One night we used the plancha by the pool, shopping was easy with the Consum and Aldi five minutes away. We used the little train to visit the port where we stayed for tapas. We took the car up to the old town, stopping off at the beach afterwards. Another morning we drove to Cap Nau for coffee. The rest of the time we relaxed around the pool. Lovely holiday and we hope to return.

Excellent, quiet location but near restaurants

I searched long and hard to find a villa that was walkable to local restaurants and bars. Whilst this villa is in a very quiet suburban area a 20 minute walk sees you at the Arenal beach on the southern edge of Javea (some of this is on quite a busy road so you’ll need a torch but with 2 kids and a baby we were fine). Here you will find many good restaurants and bars and a busy beach front promenade to take a stroll after your evening meal. The beach is excellent, soft sand and you can go a good distance into the sea and still be in shallow water so a safe place for kids to play. Back to the villa then, the accommodation is great with lots of outdoor space including a reasonably sized pool area and lawned garden with a hammock which is excellent for enjoying a shady gin and tonic. The pool itself is big enough for family play and is split level rather than sloped which meant the little ones could stand easily. We bought an inflatable volley ball net and had some great fun with my younger son able to take part by standing at the shallow end. Inside the villa is very well equipped, the owners had only recently bought it so all the equipment was new and there was plenty of nice pans, glasses and plates etc. Often in the past I have been disappointed by the amount of kitchen equipment – well not here. WiFi is available which is a double-edged sword for those with teenagers, we turned it off for most of the day! There is no cot or high-chair at the villa but the owner pointed us in the direction of a rental company who dropped a cot, high chair and play pen off to us, total cost was around 50 euros for our 10 day stay. During our visit there was a slight problem with the pool lights not coming on but Ava and JP were always available to help and soon had it sorted. I would strongly recommend the villa and we had a really enjoyable stay. In terms of downsides? There was no cheese grater – says it all really, fantastic!

This is a great villa with a lovely pool and garden. It is unusual in that it is within a quiet neighbourhood but also within walking distance of the Arenal. Javea Old Town and Javea Port are a short drive away, and there are two supermarkets within 500m.

The villa is within walking distance of the beach and Arenal, which has many bars and restaurants, approx 1km away. There are two large supermarkets within walking distance, approx 500m away.

Javea has lots to offer the visitor besides the sun, sea and wonderful beaches. It boasts a history stretching back thousands of years which can be explored in the town's municipal museum in the heart of its delightful historic centre. With over 25 kilometres of winding coastline, Jávea offers some stunning scenery with high cliffs and hidden coves, a wide sandy beach and one of the best beaches in Spain, La Granadella. To the north the high mountain of Montgó dominates with its summit within reach to all with a bit of determination whilst Jávea offers plenty of scope for walking with over 40 kilometres of official trails.

The Javea Old Town and Port are well worth a visit too and are 5-10 min drive away from the villa. Here you will find some lovely restaurants, shops, museums and churches.
