This fantastic two bedroom ground floor apartment has its own private garden area with patio and another separate terrace overlooking the fabulous pool.

The apartment is ideally situated in a quiet complex, yet walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops etc on the "STRIP "5 mins)

WE ARE NOT UP IN THE HILLS!!

The apartment itself is spacious and bright, with two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds,a separate foldaway bed and Baby travel cot are also available. As well as a high chair .

The lounge area is tastefully decorated and has two sofas, dining table,Large Lcd TV with kids channels,Dvd player, a selection of games Cd's,books etc

The kitchen has been recently refitted and has fridge/freezer, washing machine, stainless steel oven/hob/hood and all the usual microwave, toaster,sandwich maker, kettle, and crockery, cutlery you would expect.

The bathroom recently refitted, has a bath with shower,Wc and wash hand basin.

The outside space has a Bbq and patio tables, chairs etc for relaxing

We have also provided for your convenience an iron, hairdryer, all bedding, towels etc, A non refundable deposit of £100 will be required to secure each booking with balance required 6 weeks prior to departure. In addition a security bond of £100 will also be payable at this time to cover breakages, this will be refunded after departure subject to satisfactory inspection.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

The holiday was really good, the complex is very well maintained with a lovely pool area. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and had everything you would need for a self catering holiday. Location was good not too far from shops, restaurants and beach
