About the property

3 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms, Big Garden, Separate Kitchen Area Upstairs.

Villa Cala Esmeralda is situated in a very quiet residential area, situated between Cala Esmeralda and Cala Gran Beach.

The villa has two levels, on the ground floor there are a totaly new kitchen, a big salon - dinning room with sat. tv, two big bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower. It has also a big terrace with outside furniture with a bbq. A very big garden with grass at the botom of the villa and in the front side it has also a very nice garden with a lot of tipical flowers and plants from Mallorca.

You access to the upper floor via an outside staircase where you will find a living room with a large sofa-bed, a completely new kitchen with refrigerator and dishwasher. One bedroom for two people with en suite a terrace where you can sunbathe or simply enjoy the silence with a glass of wine.

They can also access the upper terrace where you will enjoy magnificent views of the sea.

I rent the properties direct with the guests, it means that I'm always available to help you since you decide to book the villa until your last day. On your arrival day I'm always in the villa to welcome you, and if you need any help during your stay, I will promise you to to my best to help you.

This property is situated in one of the best residential areas of Cala d'Or, close to the centre but far away from all the hotels and noise from any bar or restaurant nearby.

There is a lovely Pool with no chemicals. FREE WI-FI

The villa is totaly gated, and just a short walk to any of ours beautiful beaches nearyby as Cala Gran and Cala Esmeralda.

Wonderful relaxing getaway villa!!

What a lovely villa!! Everything you could possibly need for a truly relaxing holiday. Fantastic location, quiet, 2 minute walk to the beach and town centre.

Well equipped, wonderful outside area and pool.

Margalaida was wonderful. Living just along the road, any queries or request were answered straight away.

The villa had plenty of space for my family, and was lovely and clean.

The marina is only a 5 minute walk away, we didn't have a car, and you don't need one!

We spent many an evening in the marina, and loved Waves Bar, for fantastic cocktails and chilled out tunes.

We would definitely return and would recommend this villa.

Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing break away from it all

Authentic Cala d'Or Villa

Very enjoyable relaxing villa.

Everything is as described, no problems at all. The owner Margalida is an extremely genuine and helpful lady who would give any help new arrivals would ask I'm sure and lives locally so is only a call away.

The pool are was newly done in 2016, and feels very clean.

The furniture feels very rustic which adds character. It's a building which feels like it keeps cool naturally even in summer.

The separation between upstairs and downstairs is something which will appeal to larger groups of two family units, who'd appreciate some privacy some of the time.

Location is good, with a choice of 2 good small beaches a short walk away. Parking space good too.

Schöne Villa, ideale Lage - Mallorca individuell

Dieses Haus befindet sich etwas abseits der grossen Hotels und Ferienanlagen. Man findet hier alles, was man für einen entspannten, individuellen und ruhigen Urlaub benötigt. Supermärkte, Restaurants und Geschäfte erreicht man problemlos zu Fuß, wenn auch ein Mietwagen für weitere Unternehmungen von Vorteil wäre.

Der Pool ist dieses Jahr neu erbaut worden und bietet mit dem schön angelegten Garten und der großen Terrasse hinter dem Haus eine private Atmosphäre.

Insgesamt sind die 2 Wohnungen super ausgestattet und wirklich groß genug für jeweils 4 Personen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin vor Ort ist unkompliziert. Sie kümmert sich gerne um das Wohl der Gäste und ist telefonisch bei Bedarf erreichbar.

Ich kann das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Für mich war es für viele Wanderungen an der Ostküste ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Ich schätze einerseits die ruhige Lage und anderseits die Nähe zum Zentrum von Cala D'Or. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Strandnähe. In 5-10 Minuten war ich entweder an der Cala Esmeralda oder der Cala Gran.

Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.
