Villa Cala is a beautiful and modern villa between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa on the road to Cala San Vicente. This property was designed to let sun light invade the house and is a perfect fusion between the garden and the inside spaces. The property has a unique design with artistic touches.

It is a perfect property for a family holiday in the countryside but not too far away of both towns Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa.

Villa Cala is built on one level and has 3 bedrooms all with air-conditioning, two twins and one double. All the bedrooms lead out to the private pool 9x3 and decking area.

The living/dining room is opened planned and merges with the high tech kitchen, which has all the necessities like oven, dishwasher, microwave and hob. There are two bathrooms, one of them en-suite.

The kitchen leads on to a beautiful covered terrace where you can enjoy meals in the shade of hot summer days or a dinner in a fresh summer night breeze.

There is a chill out area next to the pool with sunbeds ready for you to enjoy the Mediterranean sun and the landscaped garden.
