About the property

This is a super F1 apartment located in the Musician’s quarter of Nice. The apartment is very light and quiet and is situated on the seventh floor of the building with views from the terrace to the east and north hills of Nice. The front door of the building is situated on the vibrant Boulevard Gambetta. On this street you will find many shops, supermarkets, artisan bread makers, cafes, restaurants and thanks to the affluence of the surrounding area it can sustain an indoor market. You are a 10 minute walk from the apartment front door to lying on the beach and a 15 minute walk to the main train station.

The flat is spacious (41m2) and has a terrace (7m2) to enjoy the warm air in the evening. There is a separate bathroom, kitchen and a hallway with cupboard to store suitcases and other items. The main room (21m2) comprises the living and bedroom areas which are divided by shelving (See pictures).

The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric oven and hob. There are sliding doors off the kitchen on to the terrace, there is also the main sliding doors from the living room area onto the terrace. The two sets of doors connect the living room and kitchen space very well enabling the space to function as one.

The terrace is spacious and has views over the Musician’s quarter with views to the east and north hills of Nice. The seventh floor location offers a gentle breeze to circulate which is needed in the warmer summer period.

The main living space is clean and fresh and there is a television and wifi. The bedroom area is separated adjacent the main living area, there is a double bed, wardrobe and drawers.

The bathroom is off the hall way and is very spacious, there is a bath with overhead shower, toilet and bidet.

Please note for shorter stays of four days a cleaning charge will apply.

Hi, we fell in love with Nice many years a ago and particularly the Gambetta / Musician's area and enjoyed the area so much we bought our property, we hope you enjoy it too. The property just went onto the rental market - June 2015 and we look forward to sharing it with you. The apartment is frequently used by our family, its very much our home from home. What makes this apartment unique

This property is situated in a residential part of Nice, 10 minutes from the beach, 15 minute walk to the station or 20 min walk into Nice old town, its very central without the noise of being in the very centre. If you prefer there are the Blue Velo bike’s, in which case everything above is less than 8 minutes away. The apartment is spacious and well equipped to make you stay comfortable.

A fantastic few days in Nice!

This is an excellent base to discover Nice, with great access to the airport, train station and local amenities. The apartment is light, bright and airy, with a lovely open terrace and has everything you need. Arrival and leaving arrangements worked well and the information provided by the owner is very comprehensive and helpful. We were also extremely lucky with the weather with glorious sunshine throughout our stay. We discovered Nice can be very pleasant in the winter, with still lots to do and it was wonderful to explore without the crowds you experience in the summer months. Thanks to Gary and his team on the ground for making this such a great stay.

Our stay in Nice

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the apartment. The location was great with a 10 minute walk from the beach and the train station. There were also lots of supermarkets near by to buy food.

The apartment was extremely clean upon arrival and the facilities were fantastic.

Nice is a fantastic place and I would definitely recommend this apartment to stay in when visiting.

Summer in Nice Apartment

The apartment was very clean, bright. It was bigger than we expected and it had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable. It had a bigger than expected balcony. We were met promptly and shown around the apartment. The dishwasher and washing machine was a welcome surprise. Plenty of adapter plugs and sockets. I would recommend this property as a comfortable holiday apartment. We enjoyed the local bars and restaurants and the friendly staff in the bakery just around the corner.

Great apartment, great location

The apartment is lovely and well equipped. It was clean and as it looks in the photos. The booking process was simple and Gary was great if we had any questions. It's an easy walk to the beach and about 15 minutes to the Old Town. There's a supermarket and bakery across the street and restaurants in the area.

Great apartment in Nice

Easy to find a ideal location, The beach one way the town of Nice another way train station the other way all about 10 minutes walk. The apartment it self was clean and tidy fully equipped with sun to the balcony in the morning to enjoy coffee. The owner was very helpful when booking with plenty of advice with useful information to download to help get around and get from the airport to the apartment. All in all easy to do business with.

Lovely, clean property in an excellent location. The apartment was a great size and had everything we needed for a week's very enjoyable stay. Gary was lovely and so helpful, and made us feel really welcome as well as providing us with lots of useful information. The apartment is in a fab location - lots of shops around, including a marvellous little bakery just across the street (we had croissants for breakfast every morning on the balcony!) and only a short walk into the Old Town, or to the station to get the train to places. Really helpful little guide in the flat as well. Absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come again! Thank you :)

1) The property is a 41m2 F1 apartment consisting of a hallway, separate bathroom and kitchen and a large 21m2 room consisting of a bedroom and living area separated by partial shelving. There is a 7m2 terrace accessible. All other areas outside of the apartment are communal. The gardens are not accessible. The open cupboards are for use by guests. The large cupboard in the bathroom and the second half of the first cupboard are locked to guests and contain linen. The flat is furnished.

Check in and out must occur on the days specified in this rental contract. Check in time is after 4pm on and check out time is at 10am unless otherwise negotiated with the agent.

There is no extra charge for regular arrival check in time of guests which is from 8am until 8pm. From 8pm onward the extra arrival rates must be paid prior to admission to the apartment, and are as follows:

arrival after 8pm- 12 midnight……20 Euros arrival
after 12 midnight - 6 am…. 50 Euros
arrival after 6 am -,8am…………..20 Euros

Early check in before 8 am if pre- arranged with minimum 24 hour notice at the cost described above.

The owners or agents of the owners mentioned herein are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs to guests or temporary visitors to the apartment while occupying the premised. This includes injuries sustained using items supplied by the owner, use of such items is at the guest own risk. Furthermore, the owners or agents of the owner are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests during their stay at the above mentioned premises. There is no insurance on guest’s property and they are advised to ensure they have their own adequate insurance upon arrival.
