we are used to staying at balaia golf village. this is our 15th year and we're never dissapointed .

Very spacious villa, quite area near the golf course.

Enjoyed our stay, 3 large bedrooms and large sofa bed so slept 8 easily, good size kitchen. My only concern was the outside table was broken you could still use it but did joy look very nice and some of the outside chairs have seen better days! Overall I would reccomend the villa.

very quiet and good equipped appartment, good situated for golf lovers

The appartment is really full equipped with 3 really large bedrooms; only the foot of the umbrella is a survivor of the last world war (will be replaced).

Air conditionned very efficient (a unit in each bedroom and the living room)

Very clean (there is a deal with the maid service of the residence for the cleaning before arrival)

Situation: near the clubhouse an the nearest pool is +/-100m distant

The residence is very large (7 pools) and the reception , market and restaurant are rather far from the appartment (500m)

A car is not absolutely necessary but I recommend it to enjoy good restaurants in the area (O Duarte in Olhos d'Agua , the tres palmeiras in Vale Faro for examples) or to go to the beach (You can park the car near Santa Eulalia beach or Olhos d'agua beach. Also to go the the supermarket of Olho d'Agua (+/- 1 km) witch is of course cheaper than the market of the residence

Some interesting excursions: sand sculpture festival (fiesa) zoomarine (guia -for children)

Genial!!

La casa estaba muy bien, muy limpia y tenías todo lo necesario. Es un sitio precioso y tranquilo donde estar con los niños, la piscina está al lado. Nosotros cogíamos el coche para ir a la playa, pero andando sería como 20 min desde la casa. Toda la estancia fue muy agradable y estupenda
