It looks on the website a very nice property, but when you actually see it, it is far better!

I had been recommended the villa and expected it to be good but when we arrived and were shown around by Humi I realised it was so much better than I expected or hoped.

It must have been a home as there are delightful touches everywhere, certainly not a normal bland house.

Every bedroom is unique and as we had people arriving over several days the bedrooms were chosen by choice, but I have to say the standard is so high that the last bedroom taken was just as good as the first.

The only worry we had prior to arriving was that having a two year old with us, that there could be dangers but both sets of stairs had gates and similarly the swimming pool.

The courtyard and barbeque area are delightful, it is very well equipped and many an early morning or evening was spent here.

Over the property there are so many places to eat and relax, all with different views.

Our favourite was watching the sunset from a delightful sofa.

The grounds are extensive, well maintained with shrubs and mature trees that offer excellent shade and with their own little tables and chairs to while away your time.

The swimming pool area is very attractive with lots of sun beds, more tables and chairs. Surrounded by trees does mean that there are areas in the shade over the day, (this of course moves)

This natural shade is most helpful if you want a spell out of the sunshine, as we all did at times!

The kitchen is of a good size with really everything you need and well fitted with worktops and cupboards plus a pantry.

There is a huge lounge that we spent some enjoyable late evening’s playing cards.

The air conditioning in all the rooms worked very well and is reasonably quiet.

Humi prior to the holiday and during always replies very quickly and is most helpful

We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks and were very sad to leave.

Good location, great size, only minor problems

Hummi was a great host, and the villa is in a great location, the view is amazing.

only problem we had was the temperature of the pool, it was freezing, adults can put up with it, but we had two babies who couldn't use the pool, there is just too much shade so the sun can't heat up the water.

Perfect Villa in Great Location

It usually takes me weeks of research to find the elusive 'perfect holiday villa' but this was only the second house in our very first search and we booked it immediately because it appeared to tick all the boxes we were looking to tick; good location, great pool with evening sun, wifi, aircon, nice outside spaces, beautiful views and a clean, pleasant interior. It seemed it might be too good to be true but from the moment we arrived we knew it wasn't. The manager, Humi, made a great first impression; she could not have been more helpful or charming. Then the house itself was gorgeous. The interiors maybe not 100% to my personal tastes; the odd bowl of weird plastic fruit and lots and lots of Spanish style nick nacks etc. But it was immaculately clean and the bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were modern and fresh. Incredibly well stocked with towels, glasses, plates, cutlery, bedding etc. And the layout was great; no rooms in annexes or off on separate levels. Just one staircase connecting the two floors and a smaller set of stairs down to a huge laundry room which was well stocked with detergent etc and had an ironing board all set up to use (not that we did of course!)

But it was the exterior that made the house so idyllic. A gorgeous leafy terrace all around the living room, one side for dining (huge table), the other with beanbags and a sofa for chilling out and watching the sun set behind the stunning mountains. And then a central courtyard accessed by the front door and the kitchen with an outdoor cooking area, barbecue, paella pans and ring and another dining area. The pool area gets the sun all day and there are two other parts to the garden; a long shady lawn and beautiful a tree-covered paved area with hammocks and a baby swing and seesaw. It's a really sizable plot and not overlooked by anyone.

You absolutely have to have a car. There's nothing within walking distance (and a caveat here; the listing makes the house looks quite isolated and countrysidey but it's actually a fairly modern house in a very residential area of quiet roads with big villas on big plots) but tons of great stuff within just 10-20 minutes drive.

The only downsides were minor things; lots of the surrounding houses had dogs, big dogs and they barked a lot. Didn't bother us, but might bother you. Also the recycling system was fairly arduous and time consuming, but that's true for the whole area.

Just the loveliest house. Would recommend 100%.

Great house ner Palma and Soller. Great for a larger family/group of friends,

Very safe for kids.

The house was clean and modern with a lovely garden. I can highy recomend this house.

Excellent!

I would like to state how amazingly happy we were with our 3 night stay at this villa. All communication regarding booking the property was very promptly answered. The actual villa is very elegant and well equipped and was immacuately clean when we arrived. We were greeted with an iced bottle of Cava, lots of smiles and helpful suggestions for our break and we can honestly say that we had no complaints during the whole stay.

Das Haus bietet jede Menge Platz, tolle Terassen und einen schönen Blick in die Berge. Allerdings ist das 4. Bad kaum wert als solches bezeichnet zu werden. Es liegt im muffeligen Keller und ist sehr klein.
