The verandah looks out over Fleet bay towards the coast West of Gatehouse of Fleet. Well fitted open plan Kitchen.2 Bedrooms off living area (1 dbl + 1 twin) both have fitted wardrobes. Garden has a small grass area with additional wilder area with secret paths to private bench , perfect spot for reading favourite book.

From the Beach House enjoy birdsong ,beaches and coastal walks. A personal favourite walk is to hug the coast from Carrick Bay to Kirkandrews . Rainton Farm ,home of Cream o' Galloway ice cream is only 3 miles away with farm walks ,unique adventure playground and make your own ice cream sessions. Kirkcudbright, the artists town, is a scenic delight with its castle,active fishing harbour and 6 weeks of summer festivities culminating in a Tattoo. Don't miss Broughton House, a National Trust property, home of E.A. Hornel , particularly for its garden. If you enjoy castles go to Threave Castle at Castle Douglas. A short walk and a boat trip takes you to the stronghold of the Black Douglas. Out for a drive then head up to New Galloway via Ringford, sample the delights of Kitty's tea room and return back down the east side of Loch Ken to Castle Douglas again. For the more adventurous, a walk up Screel Hill at Auchencairn is very rewarding, or go mountain biking in the 7 Stanes Bike routes.

Once a booking has been confirmed by the owner, the owner will send the holiday maker the property details and booking form. The booking form requires to be returned to the owner along with payment (cheque preferred) for the deposit (£100). The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Full details re directions and key arrangements will be sent on receipt of final balance..
